It was very unorganized and poorly managed. We watched them deal with one person through the drive-through and two people before... us and 15 minutes later as we were standing there they put our food in the boxes when we told them we were dining in. We watchedthem throw away a chicken breast and a drink because I guess the chicken breast didn?t look right to the person and the drinkwas thrown away because it was next to the drive-through window register with a lid on it and nobody knew which order it wentwith. The food was pretty good. If it wasn?t for such bad service and the curiosity it raises to make you wonder how hygienicthe places I would?ve given it more stars. Read more
This is a first for me - to write a review of a fast food chain, but this Bojangles deserves it! I'm sure there are recipes that... they follow, but this one in this location, made quite possibly the best biscuit I've never had. Now granted, it was hot anddripping in butter which helps most anything, but it was the perfect amount of bread, not too doughy, and the perfect amount ofcrispiness. People nice too! Legitimately, for reals, I'm looking for to hitting HWY 17 South again thanks to this Bojangles. Read more
Don't come here for good customer service. It was a choice of convenience by location. It is what it is. But hey.... went to... McDonald's a few days later and they were nice so clearly people make choices. Read more
This Bojangles use to be good when they were new. Now the food quality and staff have gone down, and the prices have gone up.... They usually forgot items so check your food in the drive through and they give you old reheated fries and hard Chicken tenders. Definitely not impressed, but may be it's hit or miss. Read more
Wish I could give no stars, I never leave reviews but this was a pretty bad experience. Save your self time and money. Do not... go here.. Waited for 58 minutes in the drive thru to order and another 20 mins. at the window. Counted at least 16 vehiclesthat left the drive-through line to go next door and eat at Hardy's I normally would have just went ANY were else but mygrandpa who is at the hospital next to the restaurant ask for bojangles. Extremely rude staff. I understand most places areshort staffed but this was a little extreme. I counted at least 5 people in the kitchen none of which had any sense of urgency. If you're gonna have bad service at least have a good attitude. if you're gonna have a bad attitude at least have goodservice. The restaurant is doing more harm than good by opening and not being able to fulfill orders threw the drive-througheven with the dining room closed. And after all that.... they forgot the coleslaw.. what a joke of a business Bojangles isnormally a great experience. My family and I do not eat out much but when we do we go to bojangles. We will continue to eat atbojangles just not the one in Supply, NC. If they continue with this type of service they will not be open long. Read more
Best service ever! We came back from the beach and ordered family style meals. The manager kindly informed us that he would make... our large order fresh and helped us pick the best items for our needs. We didn?t wait long at all but the staff came out to ourcar and apologized and gave us extra food for our ?wait? and was so so so kind to us. We really appreciated them going above andbeyond for us?from management down. Every part of the meal was fresh and amazing. This sounds silly but it?s the best bojanglesI?ve ever been too! Read more
