Arrived at the drive thru started to order and you could tell that the associates were more concerned about their conversation... than to listen to what we were ordering. Got to the window and the gentleman there asked if we wanted our receipt we said yesand he still did not give it we had to ask. It took 2 people to figure out how to reprint and after getting it the girl thathelped with the receipt was starting to slam the window shut because she seemed annoyed we even wanted a receipt she didn't seewe didn't get our other coffee. Not one to normally leave reviews but this was my first and only experience at the Surf City Dunkin Donuts. I tried to order a... latte through the drive thru not realizing they had a sign taped to the speaker explaining their machine was down. I was lookingat the menu board when ordering and did not even notice the sign, that is my bad entirely. However, it is how the staffresponded to me when I ordered that has turned me away from this location. Staff seem very unhappy to be working here and whoever is running the drive thru needs a serious attitude check. Very very rude. Read more
Got there at 730 as the door states open at 7 am. Door is locked and girl comes to unlock to inform us that they don't open the... lobby until 8am. Told them there's not sign that states it because the door says 7am, she responds with "thank you for therecommendation" Read more
Coffee was good. It is crazy prices have gone up 70cents per bagel ( price increase only in register not on board) Instead of... correcting they asked for food back. That is ridiculous . Price should be advertised if not corrected. Read more
They don't repeat orders back at the drive-thru. I ordered a large ice caramel macchiato with six pumps of caramel which is... normally 650 and when I got to the window they told me it was $7 and some change when I asked if the prices had raised oh Idon't know something like that. When I got my coffee they did not give me a receipt and my coffee sticker had eight pumps ofcaramel on it instead of a total of six which is where the extra money came in because they charge you by the pumps if you getanything over what already comes in the coffee. I think this is the best Dunkin on the east between Jacksonville and Wilmington. I spend a lot on coffee and bakery stuff. This... place has not disappointed me. Sometimes the line is around the block, but I have never waited for more than 15 minutes.Sometimes they run low on people, but they do their best and do right by me. This place is out of my way when I drive throughthe ol' Ho Ridge, but this Dunkin is always good. Read more
Got the wrong drink and wasted my money again at this place. They have a sign that says everywhere is short staffed and to be... kind? I can be kind but you get my order wrong every single time. The owner does not care about this Dunkin. Lived here 2 years now, awnibg over drive thru window still not installed so getting... coffee on a rainy day is out of the question. Now, Google shows open until 9pm, but tgey actually close at 8pm?. And to top itoff, thry still have hours of operation stickers showing open until 7pm?.
