Love this location my favorite people are Vanessa and Celesta I come there every morning and those girls be in there working... hard they care about their people and I see how much they struggle. A lot of you TOURIST have to understand the world is shortstaffed no one wants to work anymore so if your order takes a little bit longer or they don't run to you right away have somepatience and some decency because they are working hard. It is convenient sometimes to stop here for the kids after our softball games but this location takes foreverrrr. We just sat in... the drive-thru for 15minutes. My son asked that I add in that the cinnamon rolls are pretty delicious , haha. Read more

Tables had?t been wiped off all day. Filthy. No napkins in the dispensers. My order was missing items. Food was awful. Nuggets... were cold. Crispy chicken sandwich was an embarrassment. Ordered Diet Coke and got flat Dr. Pepper. If you are going to chargethe same as what a good hero or burrito costs it better be on par. Made the mistake of ordering curbside. Not a good choice at this location. I had to call to get my order brought out. Food was... typical McDonald's food once I got it. My big beef with McDonald's is their "reward" program. Like the app, easy to earnpoints, but impossible to redeem them. You can only use one reward at a time and the cost in points is very high. You should beable to get a free everything if you have enough points. Very disappointing. Read more
I waiting for over 5 minutes in the dining room for service. Nobody took my order, as they helped others. I can only rate the... service during this visit. I cannot rate the food quality or cleanliness. Read more
Staff is great, usually order inside due to the tourist traffic in drive through. The young woman in the lobby/front counter is... very sweet and attendive. Managers are great and food is hot. Beware of entitled tourists, they are rude and make a fuss overnothing. Read more
Twice in a row I ordered coffee decaf with cream...first one didn't put any cream and today it's cold, I mentioned it's cold... they made me wait for 5 minutes to get the same cup I had and she told me they put too much cream that's why it's cold and mycoffee had just brew ...when you know it's the same cup you got earlier. I think the owner of this facility need to have a talkwith their "young" employees. The older black lady cashier today is always have a great costumer service. Disappointed. Read more
