Have eaten here a lot in the past and never really had a bad experience until recently. My gf and I ordered two chicken bowls... which made us both completely sick. This place is so friendly! Great food. Always consistent service, food and experience. Friendly staff. As a southerner we like... our tea and it's always fresh here. Also, great portion sizes. Kids love it here for lunch but we also get for takeout too.Restrooms are immaculate. You can tell these people really take care of this place. Owner or manager always has a smile on hisface. What can I say about this phenomenal place? Plenty. 1.Owner is hands on. Works diligently, and always polite. When he learned my... brother passed away, he prepared his usual order for me gratis in my brother's honor. He didn't have to do that, but he did. 2.Staff are sweet, kind, and talented. They prepare the excellent tasting food quickly, efficiently, and I never see anyonecomplaining. They are Awesome. 3. Bathrooms are clean. Checked routinely. 4. Sweet tea. Y'all, it's one of my favorite spots tograb this Southern nectar. If the owner wasn't so awesome, this would be #1 listed. 5. Clean place to sit and eat. 6. Hesupports special needs families. 7. Watch out for the potholes turning in from beaver run rd. They're not his fault. 8. Sushi isgood here. 9. There are other quick serve hibachi around here, and while there are some people who really like that restaurant, Mon Cafe doesn't overcharge and serve subpar food. I've Never had a wrong order, overcharged, or bad food from Mon Cafe. 10.There's a points rewards system here. $10 off for every $100 spent. It'll add up before ya know it. ???? Counter person was very friendly. Cost of food has almost doubled in price for same size portion. Food was good. Dining areas... fairly clean, men's bathroom clean. They had two air purification units installed in dining area. Read more

Visited twice within 30 days. Very pleased and it was very clean. I found out that this location is not affiliated with the Cway... location. The menu has more to choose from. Staff is ok in my book. Good variety. Read more
Called to place a to-go order and was told 15 minutes. When I got there it was ready for pickup. From the guy that took my order... to the lady that took my money they were all friendly. The place was clean . The stake and shrimp was good , the hibachi stakewas a little over cooked. The rice was the best. Read more
Delicious, authentic, amazing staff and a real commitment to quality, cleanliness, and a great dining experience. The Hibachi... items are amazingly tasty and the salad dressing, well, honestly, it is some of the best ginger dressing I have ever tasted. Sushi entrees and other authentic Japanese offerings (curry, takoyaki) makes this a hidden gem in Myrtle Beach.
