We did an Uber eats delivery. Baskin Robbins sent out a completely wrong order. We called them to make a complaint and get our... order fixed they blamed it on Uber eats and told us to take it up with them. It was thier fault not Uber eats. I will never usethis place again. Believe it or not but this was my first time at a Baskin Robbins. Service was quick and ice cream was fine but was shocked at... price for two scoops of ice cream in a cup. Over $7. Definitely something i wouldn't do everyday but will go back Read more
What a rip off. $15 for two cones with two scoops. I have not been to Baskin Robbins in 3 years and now I remember why. The ice... cream is good but not as good as others just 1.5 miles away. For that price it is not even as good as the yogurt places near byor the local grocery store. Like I said the ice cream is good, but the waffle cone tasted like it was a week or so old. I willnot waste my money there again. I do have to give credit to the young man who helped us, he was very courteous, but sorry theridiculous prices will keep us away. Read more
Great place tonstop in and grab a cold dessert, cone or cake. Place is clean, service is quick.
Around 4 pm I went in with my son and a friend , we got very good ice cream and place was clean . The young guy that served us... was very friendly and pleasant. I wanted to tip him from my card but he said was not possible to add to the transaction , Ifelt so bad because I had no cash with me and I apologized for that ( he said was totally fine and not to worry ????) ? butanyways , I just want to tell the owners , that you got lucky ???? having that young man working for you ????. It?s ice cream how hard can it be... scooping ice cream can be a art but it?s baskin robin my ice cream was not even into a ball... form It seem like a melted patties on a cone. The employees were busy but didn?t mean they had to cut quality or amount of icecream they are suppose to serve. The owners really need to come in and check it from time to time tables all messy missingchairs. I miss the old thrifty ice cream. Read more
Ordered a birthday cake for 11/23 after i figured they be closed on Thanksgiving. The guy confirmed they are open on 11/23 for a... pick up. First they couldn't make the design which was fine then they closed randomly on the 11/23 without any notice. Liedabout calling everyone who ordered a cake and just ignored the issue. Horrible!
