Horrible service. Hosts were rude, no communication, Waiters and waitresses were running around not knowing what they were... doing, no napkins or drinks, waitress only came by once to check up on food and drinks. They stayed huddled up to their computerabout 6-7 different waiters. No one checked on tables. They brought the wrong food to every table. They came to our table 3times to ask what we ordered. Love you guys for take out. Only recently dined in and not so good experience. Hardly ever saw our waitress. Then wanted us to... pay online with my phone with a forced 20%tip. My wife and I Stopped in Sunday afternoon 7/17 for a cold drink and some wings. What a great experience! Wings were excellent... and drinks were cold. But the service was 1st Class. Jasmin was our waitress and did a top notch job! Never had to ask for arefill and she went out of her way to Make our experience extremely pleasant! Thanks Jasmin! We will definitely be back! First time I have been to this location, though I have been to other locations. Ordering a greater quantity of wings this time,... with the original Buffalo sauce. The pint of Guinness did not have quite the normal creamy head I expect of Guinness but it doeslook like they are using the proper nitro tap and did a two stage pour. Baseball game on the big screen, game audio on theloudspeakers. Update: a year later and their Guinness is properly poured this time. Read more
The service at first was average. Once we got out food it was cold and all came out at different times. 20 minutes apart from... first entree to the last at outer table of 6. The first out was chicken strips and then 30 wings 10 minutes later and then 3more chicken tenders 10 minutes after that? This is the worst buffalo wild wings experience I have had. We ordered 1 more beerfor me and my girlfriend and they brought her an IPA (the same beer I was drinking). When she asked for the Dos Equis she wasdrinking they said she would have to pay for the Dos. She refused and the server Taylor said she would pay for it? What kind ofmanagement system is set up here that the servers need to pay for a beer pour mistake. We will not be back to this location. I arrived at 8pm on a Saturday. The location was not filled up, but were told a 15 minute wait for the dining room or immediate... seating at the bar. I wasn?t keen on taking my young son to the bar but he was starving and requesting BWW specifically. So wesat and placed our order by 8:15. Two orders of wings (6pc and 15pc) and two fries. My order came out at 8:55, so 40 min afterordering. That wait time is completely unacceptable, especially when there were literally only THREE other tables in the barthat were occupied (see attached picture). Also, when I say my order came out at that time, I literally mean my order. My son?s6 pc and fries, the person that wanted to be there, his order was not out. I told the food runner and she said she?d check butnever came back. My server came and said that the rest of the order would be out soon. Finally at 9:10, a full 55 minutes afterordering and 70 minutes of sitting at a table in a nearly empty restaurant, the remaining wings came. But not the fries. I stillhad to ask for that. And then for silverware as well. So now my food was cold, because I wasn?t going to eat my food in front ofmy 5 year old while he waited patiently, and I couldn?t share with him because I?d ordered spicy sauces. I freaking had it with this place! I gave it more than enough chances at various stores of theirs , as far as their wings go... because I never had anything else besides the fries, these wings are horrible they are are tasteless from the inside out when itcomes to your dry rub flavoring it?s just seasoning sprinkled on top of the chicken, I believe they do the same with their wetsauces as well by just putting it on the top of the wing? do you self a favor go to Hooters!!! Yikes... the place has been trashed the last two visits, the host practically frantic that someone walked in, and the shock of... walking around that blind corner... just yikes. However, the servers are AMAZING! Super attentive, great with judging theamount of presence for a situation, and the BEST at keeping an eye on your table from a far! Their food is FANTASTIC! The friesare not soggy with grease. The wings were the perfect ratio of bread to chicken and there wasn't a dry piece in sight. So ifyou are looking for great food, and great service, then you found the right place, just don't expect a great ambiance. Read more
