Unfortunately this was the closest BK near us so we tried it out a few times. Every time we go we?re disappointed. Customer... service is terrible, they greet you like you?re inconveniencing them. If you go for breakfast you will receive the greasiestsoggy hash browns (gone 4 times to test this) and if you get lunch the burgers are hard and cold and the the fries are stale,cold and without any salt. The soda machines are always flat(atleast in the drive thru.) I see now why it is NEVER busy here andMcDonald?s is always packed. Read more
This is the closest BK to us. The food has been cold and onion rings over cooked both visits. BK in general has gone downhill... which is a shame. McDonald?s is right across the street from this location. Always busy. BK- Never. Read more
The crew at this store is the sweetest. I was worried about coming here cause my last experience at another Burger King was... trash. I do say though these individuals have to go through a lot. I was in the front and this customer in the drive thru wasscreaming at this manager, she didn?t want to listen to her, or believe her, or do anything. The wait time was 20 minutes after I ordered and has to wait 10 minutes just to order. I can understand being understaffed and... having to wait but, when we finally got the food both the chicken sandwich and whopper melt were cold. I was not given areciept so I have no information as far as order number or cashier. The only positive out of this horrible experience was thecashier was friendly. Read more
New Italian chicken sandwich, they used to have this back in the early 90s. Thought I should go get one for nostalgic reasons.... Got home opened up the wrapper and got this. June 23, 2021 at 1pm. One of the crew was cleaning tables as I walked in. Everything was clean. Their ?high table? has two... power outlets ???? and two USB outlets - convenient. Friendly, courteous, professional. I had a coupon for a doublecheeseburger, fries and drink for only $3, which was taken without any caveats. She did ask if I wanted anything else, andwhether I would like any sauces. ???? ???? ????
