Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich around 7 pm took it home and it ended up being old as though it had been sitting around for... hours I took 2 bites and threw it out it was like rubber. Tried this location for the first time since moving to Arizona, and when I pulled up the lady had me wait forever before she... even took my order, then there was such a language barrier on her end that it was hard for her to even communicate with me andwhen I finally pull up to the window she was very short with me and shoved the food in my hands. To make matters worse, therewas a very young girl working in the kitchen with a mouth full of food Chewing like she was on her break or something but shewasn?t she was bagging other peoples food and then touched her mouth while looking at the screen to check the orders. The night crew at this location are amazing! Never have to wait long for your order...and the night crew for the last 4-6 months... or so keeps the inside clean, and recognizes some of their frequent customers like myself. 5 star joint! Read more
We love Churches Chicken but check your order before you pull away!! They just forgot to put the biscuits in our family dinner... order. This is the third time I received Mac n cheese from them like this. It?s solidified and burned. I asked them if it was fresh... because two previous times it was thick and you couldn?t even separate it with a spoon. This is the worst I?ve seen. Hadn't been to one in a long time tried it out. Ordering was easy and not much traffic in drive-thru so got it fast. Should have... checked bag cause didn't get everything I had ordered. Did call once I got home and did go back and gor missing food plus extrabiscuits for my trouble. Forgot how greasy the chicken is and how small the sides are. Only saving grace are the biscuits.Luckly this is what was missing and what I got extra of for going back. Read more
