There was a glitch with the app and it didn?t give me the proper deal? I let the young lady at the window know. Her response, ?... oh no, well have a good day.? And then shut the window. This the fourth time in 2 month with this behavior or not getting myorder correct. I will not be returning to this location or any other Dunkin? in the near future. Read more
Ordered a plain bagel and I guess that means dig the bagel out of a public parks charcoal grill. Obviously burnt and Barely... edible. Also after the bagel being cooked "well done" the coffee was filled with grounds and no straws. Read more
This morning i came in didn?t feel so welcomed , i continued to tell what i wanted i was told there was no more of the... specific flavor i wanted which i understood, thank you to the person w the piercings that explain and cared to let me know.Obviously i didn?t see the paper, but if you are out of product?s say hello first and inform the customer. From then i wasn?teven told my total of what i was buying, just standing there isn?t going to help anyone, once again i appreciate the otherperson for helping but the one at the register pick up ur slack for real it?s only 7 in the morning any customer shouldn?t feellike they need to help themselves at the register. Have been going here for a while with my wife and son. Only previous complaint is that their egg sandwiches taste like the eggs... are powdered. Decided a while ago to not get food other than doughnuts. Yesterday I went through the drive through just after2:30 PM and asked for a dozen assorted doughnuts. Was told that they can?t fulfill my order because they don?t have that manyleft. I asked for a half dozen, I was told they could do that as they only had the 6 left. I said I would take them, I was toldto pull forward. But as I was driving up to the window I saw something else on the menu I wanted but didn?t bother asking andjust figured I would ask at the window. The guy who met me at the window was polite and didn?t give me an attitude but as heturned around to ask for help on how to add to my order the woman who helped him went out of her way to tell me that they willgrant my request this time but for future reference they typically don?t add something else at the window. Ordered online 7 4 22. Got there, they said they were closing early and turned off the ovens even though they took my order. ... Went back 7 5 22, ordered online again, it took my order, accepted it and charged my account. I got there they said they weredoing a deep clean on the ovens and couldn't fulfill my order. I tried to explain to them that they're going to have an issuewith other people and Amber, I believe who is the manager got upset with me. I was trying to let her know of the issue, for somereason she took it as me complaining against her personally, I'm not sure, however I was not complaining at all. Until she gotin my face, said she was not going to go back and forth with me an abruptly SLAMMED the window on me while I was trying to HELPTHEM. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! As you can see, the donuts are overbaked, under frosted and the egg bites were cold and tasted inedible. All... the donuts were smashed in the bag and the drive thru lady demanded I tell her how many donuts I'm getting before I startedordering. They were out if milk for the drinks too. Drink was good, an Iced Matcha. Except it was literally 90% ice, I got about 8-10oz of drinkable beverage out of a 32oz cup... before it was nothing but ice left. Waste of money. My girlfriend got a Peach "Refresher" and it was nowhere near as bad as myTea. Disappointed. Read more
I have been coming to this Dunkin? for years now, I have never experienced such horrible service. I went through the drive... through to get 3 dozen donuts for a company meeting. One of the dozen I needed specific donuts and apparently they don?t let youchoose your donuts anymore with the dozen. So I tried to just order the ones I needed separately and they absolutely wouldn?tlet me. The food has gone down hill over the last few months I tend to drive to the closer Dunkin? to my work if I want food. The hash browns are always burnt. I understand they are short staffed but this is insane. The customer should always get whatthey want if they are paying for it. We will no longer be going to this location. Read more
