I hate to do this but it's happened consistently now for the last 3 visits...I keep wondering why my large drink feels so light?... Get home, remove my lid and....ugh!! If I wanted a medium I'd order a medium. I'm afraid I'm gonna have to go out of my way to adifferent Dunkin. Read more

Didn?t receive half of my order, everything was ice cold, and the sandwiches tasted disgusting. Highly disappointing for how... much everything costs. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else. Read more

I have been to this dunkin about 5 times now and everytime I go they forget something in my order. First time it was the donuts,... second time it was a sandwich, most recently it was one of their breakfast wraps. I stood inside patiently waiting for my mobileorder while I could see and hear 3 employees in the drive through area just having a personal conversation. Why should I wait 15minutes for my order when I can clearly see there are paid employees standing around not doing their job? The manager lady isrude and short with people. The employees seem like they could care less. Orders always messed up. Worst service possible. Iused to live in Chandler and the dunkin out there was spot on, this place is super sloppy. Sad. Employees are lazy and rude. Dirty interior of establishment. Slow service inside or drive thru. Orders are never accurate.... They'll mess up a simple coffee order. Products continually out of stock. Music so loud you can't sit inside to enjoy yourbreakfast; they do that on purpose. Vote with your money, don't go here. Find another location that does it right. And if youdo go here be sure to fill out the SURVEY ON THE RECEIPT to let corporate know of the mess that goes on here. Read more

The service here is not good. There are so many teenagers working in there that act like they don?t even care about their job.... They rush you when you order and 2 of the iced coffee flavors I wanted the girl says ?Unfortunately we discontinued those.? Sowhy are they still on the menu? That?s misleading. This is the closest Dunkin to me but I will drive elsewhere from now on. Read more

This is the first location I have ever had a bad experience at. I went through the drive thru and wanted 2 frozen decaf drinks... to which I was told "we can't make frozen decaf coffee" and "the flavored syrup has caffeine" and "all the flavors were out ofstock" not to mention the BAD ATTITUDE they had. I love dunkin but this location is the worst and gives them a bad reputation.Go to the one on bell instead, they won't tell you no or that they can't do something. Read more

Literally the main reason I came here was to get the beyond sausage breakfast. Unfortunately, they tell they don't carry it... anymore? You probably should take the time to update your Google menu! It's falsely advertising food you don't sale. I am quiteupset because I had to settle for a turkey English muffin and burnt up hashbrowns. You get 6 dainty hashbrowns and mine wereroom temperature and burnt. It was 6 in the morning and I couldn't get fresh food? My sandwich was even dry. This was my firsttime eating at Dunkin and I was disappointed. But like I said, I only came for the vegan options. The children working the placedidn't even act like they wanted to help anyone. Oh, the music playing is so annoying and loud! No one wants to hear that firstthing in the morning before coffee. Come on,it's supposed to be a coffee shop, not a teenage hangout club. Read more

They've been out of frozen coffee for 4 days, I know because I get the same one every day. The last time they had it they left... out a syrup AND the cream, so it was rock hard dark ice coffee and more bitter than sweet. When I asked them to remake it theymade the second sweeter, but no cream. They told me they made what I ordered... I assured them I order it daily and that's notwhat they made (kindly). I literally held it upside down and nothing fell out. I think they must have brand new staff - buteven so, they should be trained on frozen coffee... prior to a few weeks ago I would say "hit". Lately it's a "miss" and I gostraight to Starbucks instead. Read more
