We always have a wholesome experience when coming to this firehouse subs! Great food, happy, friendly employees, and a clean and... comfortable place to eat both inside and out! The owner has greeted us multiple times and has even chatted about motorcycleswhen had a few moments to spare. I was insulted by the owner of this location. He complained that i grabbed a cup of ice without a purchase and i do recycle my... cup for a few days but once it wears out I'll grab another. I eat there at 6 times a month. Average about $15 a visit. He wasnot nice at all. I have a staff of three who also buys their lunches a few times a month but since this happened I will nolonger be returning. Bty the place is extremely dirty. The drink station is sticky and all the dispenser Are filthy. Firstimpressions aren't good, the glass door which is never cleaned is gross. U don't want to touch the door at all. Food serviceshould be a clean experience so U feel safe to eat there but Mr. Owner u fail to pay attention to details and not worry aboutone free cup of ice. The female manager is nice but delegation of cleaning duties needs to happen. I'm really disappointed ????because I really liked the food and how convenient this is for lunch....Mr mean x-fire fighter dude u just lost about $225monthly $2700 yearly of revenue from me and my staff. No referrals either. I referred everyone there before...so sad...no more. Read more
We stopped in here for lunch and where very pleased with the food and service . We had never been there before and only stumbled... on the place after entering the parking lot to go to another store. We had a turkey sub and the bread was very fresh an so we'reall the ingredients. The staff helped us with our order as we had a few things we wanted on our sandwich. A great place to havea great sub. This has gotta be the best Firehouse I've ever been to. First off, the sandwiches were incredible and the atmosphere in the... restaurant itself is awesome. I got to speaking with the manger or the owner of the store about whether or not they would bringback the hot sauces they used to have sitting out in the open to try. He wasn't sure if they'll ever end up bringing it back buthe asked which one I used to like. A few minutes later he brought out a bottle of the hot sauce and gave it to me to takehome!!! Just visited for the first time with my boys after we finished some work on the truck. They already knew of this place and what... to order. Been back again since that visit. Really good sub sandwich. My wife is gluten free and this is another place wecan go enjoy our food together. Read more

Stopped in after seeing gluten free bread available on their menu, and the sandwiches were great! The bread wasn?t crumbly or... hard, it was very soft and tasted great. The cheddar brisket and bacon ranch were both fantastic on the bread. What made thislocation even better was having the opportunity to meet the owner while my son and I waited for our food! He showed us thevarious photos and memorabilia on the wall (with much of it coming from here in surprise, including the photos), and told thestory behind so much of what?s on display. He even let my son hold the helmets from London! It was both humbling and a pleasureto have the experience. We will absolutely be back thanks to the great food, but even better people! Read more
