It?s very frustrating when. Your order gets made wrong ,on top of discovering what seemed to be pubic hair baked on the pizza,I... tried to call several times to inform them of the situation each time I called it was 15 min wait on hold and when someonefinally answered they say ?hello? 3 times and hang up ,I tried to call today and a woman did the same thing , not sure why thisstore is open if your not going to assist customers especially when it was a horrible and disgusting experience.this is not okwhen you spend money at a place and don?t even get to eat the actual food, let alone not one single person answering the phone.I will not be returning, hopefully corporate can see this review and educate their employees, I?m giving 3 stars becauseusually the food is great I haven?t had an issue beside this one . I ordered over $100 of pizza for a Halloween party. It was good and on time. I like the flavored crust. My only issue is that I... ordered one pepperoni duo with olives added and none of the pizzas I received had olives on it, and im not even sure if one wasa pepperoni duo. I paid extra for the olives. Maybe they ran out but I dont see that the price was adjusted and no notes on myreceipt. Customer service can definitely improve. Not that when you finally do get someone to come out and help you they aren't friendly... cause they are.. but getting acknowledged is the hard part here. I have always loved the crust options but the last severaltimes I've ordered from here, it has been too extremely salty to even eat the crust.
