I ordered 3 butter jacks and this is what I received. One was chicken and the other was burnt to a crisp.
Very filthy restaurant lobby not mopped windows not cleaned tables and chairs not sanatozed . Bathrooms are worse then the lobby... . Food quality is very poor refried spicy chicken sandwich soggy breading burnt spots throughout. Curly fries were dry andunedible . Jack needs to go under again to regain his quality of product Sincerely , Will not return. Read more
Was freshly made and clean inside, not crowded at all. Very neat and great customer service ????
The employee Samuel is great. It was only a breif moment of talking but he made a genuine conversation and made me laugh. He is... someone every company needs to make the workplace more happy and the customers as they come through and get their order correctwith a nice gentleman that likes to talk. Samuel is awesome! The last two times I visited this Jack in the Box the employees didn't seem to understand the menu and couldn't answer... questions. My husband and I ordered just burgers and not the meal and were given dollar menu food. That is not what we askedfor. The employees are sullen and not helpful in any fashion. The last time I visited, I asked for a full-sized burger withoutthe meal deal and again they acted like it was some alien request. I finally said just give me a coke please. I pulled out ofthe drive-thru and took a gulp of what was supposed to be a coke and almost vomited on myself. I opened the lid and it smelledlike glazed donuts. Not fast food. I can?t even tell you how the food tasted, but what I can tell you is that I?ve reached new heights of patience... when it comes to waiting in line. But hey one less customer is another one quicker in line. Just read some of the reviews, andI?m surprised the place hasn?t gone under. But people gotta eat so sometimes you gotta settle for less. Trashed bathroom. Disgusting unwiped table tops. Not paper towels in the bathroom. Overflowing trash. Slow service, long waits... for food. Their customer service for walk guests is appalling. Will NEVER be back. Read more
