Overcharged!! Check your receipts!! Price on menu didn?t match what I was charged. Called them out on it, they said the hadn?t... changed the menu prices ?yet?, and for me to pretty much get over it, but then REFUSED to refund the difference. I canceled myentire order. My assumption is they hadn?t changed the prices on many of their menu items ?yet? but were still happilyovercharging customers, as they didn?t seem to be in too much of a hurry to change the prices when I was there. So, apparentlyrefunding a $13 order and losing a loyal customer is better than refunding $0.40. Not a good business practice Mr franchisee! Read more

Why are they always out of food? Second time this week I went to this located the first time they weren't making burgers just... fried things like onion rings and fries. So I went to a different location. Second time I went was tonight and I order my kidssome things 2 platters and a side of mini pancakes. So I started ordering for me I ask for a side salad they said they weren'tdoing those tonight so I said okay can I get tacos they said they aren't doing those either. So I ask what are you out of so Idon't order what you don't have. So they girl name some things that she can think of. So I just ordered a burger. I go to thedrive thre they tell me they can only make one platter I ask why they said they ran out of pancakes. So I had to think what toorder my daughter. My ice coffee I order was nasty but I was like whatever it's just ice coffee I didn't say nothing then Iwas leaving and my daughter asked if they gave us the mini pancakes...which they didn't they didn't even mention that theydidn't have those either all they said was they couldn't do one platter. Yet they didn't charge me for it but they couldn havetold me. So I had to quick and think what to get my daughter last minute and make another run somewhere else. I don't see thisstore lasting... oh and may I add while waiting for my food you can just see the employees messing around. If you don't havemuch to sell why have a bunch of ppl working makes no sense. They are not working. They are making jack in the box lookhorrible and giving ppl bad experience. Read more

Tacos are my favorite go to for a quick snack. Sometimes they are greasy if they aren't cooked to order. But the price is... still great. Read more

They girl who took our order this morning was very rude and disrespectful. Never repeated our order nor did she count out our... change back. Granted I screwed up on ordering a no 7 instead of a 27 for breakfast. The Cook bent over backwards to make ushappy we both apologized . Bro you not gonna believe this. We were at the McDonald?s on 99th and bell after we passed a whataburger, we pulled up in the... drive thru and have to wait about 6 minutes to order(not their fault) we order two large shakes boom we pay for them. Then thelady says can you pull around? Apparently they needed to change the mix.They just had us pay for shakes they didn?t have. We askfor refund and then have to wait like 13 minutes for it. Alright to the Jack In The Box, we pull up and the guy on the speakersays ?be right there?, we wait for 5 minutes and then we order two Large shakes. Boom we wait like 13 minutes cause someone gotlike 4 bags etc. pull up to the window and instantly we notice on the counter are two Small shakes. The manager Paul comes tothe window and with his great face and wonderful smile very apologetic and laid back attitude, looks us dead in our eyes and isable to laugh about the fact that ?I?m sorry but we don?t have any large cups we can only give you small? we completelyunderstood and it was no trouble. It was a long boring wait and the shakes wernt Large and were poorly mixed. However Paul youshould get promoted for having better service than McDonald?s. Five stars! Read more

Hello I own my own business as well as being an employee to a Business: I hold the position of a general manager for a company.... I would never allow my customers to be treated the way I was treated tonight at two different locations the worst being thefirst one I was at. I stopped at Your young town location and waited in the drive through for 22 minutes and still did not getto order. At the 23 minute mark I decided not to even order and wanted to just leave The location and never return, as I go topull through the drive through I was not able to exit the property as they had a customer waiting on there items for another 5minutes. Finally after that customer received there food I was able to finally leave the property! Mind you I did not order orreceive any items from this location due to the poor customer service and the wait times. At this point I wasn?t fully dissatisfied with the company I still had high hopes for the company and proceeded to another location in hopes of a better qualitycustomer service and less wait times. When i arrived at the second location I was able to order my food in a appropriate amountof time, which was very nice but after ordering my food I still proceeded to wait 14 min before receiving my order. I am highlydisappointed in jack in the box and customer service experience I received especially having to go to two locations in onenight. I will never again return to this company and will advise my customers, friends and family of the service I receivedtonight; to not go to this company especially the locations I wasted my time at tonight.
