I ordered a Philly cheese and instead I got a chicken cheese when I called them to tell them they made the wrong sub the so... called manager argued me down and tried to say that's what I asked for. I told him I order the same sandwich every week andthat's not true he still was rude and called me a liar. I went back for a refund asked for the head manager or owners info onlyto be told " I'm not telling you anything and leave" I asked for his name send he refused that also. What a bust. I like Jersey Mike's because the food is good but this time the person who made our sandwiches was not in a good... mood for whatever reason. The girl was RUDE. Customer service was non-existent. Total bummer. Read more
We ordered #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak. no pic this time. Ordered from the new shop in Prasada .this sub was so full of... flavor, tender chicken ,spices were perfectly blended. Got the GIANT size it filled 2 ppl. up. rosemarry parmsean bread wassoft and fresh . I definitely recommend this spot. Read more
Grabbed a sub here with my son & hubby. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub on whole wheat. I am not the biggest sub fan, like... my husband and son. Well I got my sub, way to much ranch...dripping is too much. The sub is warm so between the grilled chickenwith lots of juice, and the ranch, the wheat bread was soggy when I got it. I hate soggy bread. Parts fell off that were soggy &I pulled off the rest right away. The hot chicken wilted the lettuce fast also. I should have got white bread, no ranch. Hubbyand son can go. I will not be craving a soggy, wilted lettuce, fall apart sub. My husband and son enjoyed their cold subs,better menu choices for sure. Read more
Usually this place is great but at times they can be stingy with what they put into the sandwich. I always asked for banana... peppers and only gave me like 5 on a giant sub. Their bread is not always the best as well. You can tell its a older bread whenit's harder to bite into. Read more
I got the #55 sub in a tub and it was delicious! I'm doing low carb and it hit the spot. My only complaint is I didnt get the... extra avocado I paid for in it. My husband got the Italian sub and really enjoyed it. He ordered the giant, which filled him up,and is able to eat the other half for dinner. Read more
It was a scorching hot day and after my chiropractic session I was ready to go home, shower,eat and call it a day. I only saw... the word "subs" and fell inside. They had maybe a handful of customers so I noticed adequate seating and a nice environment.This was a Sunday and the place may be crazy busy on any other day but I'd go again. I ordered a ham and cheese assuming therewas only a slight chance to get it wrong. I didnt get the combo. The sandwich looked pretty short so I was skeptical. They weregenerous with the mayo and lettuce which i like. However, like too many places, they used Roma tomatoes rather than traditionalones for sandwiches. Also, like the other places, it was a lot of tomato butts on the sandwich, which I hate. I discarded thetomato. The sandwich was still pretty good and quite filling. Read more
You guys need to slow down and pay attention to the order notes. The last 3 times I?ve been here you have messed my orders up. I... don?t have this problem with the other locations, just this one. This place is way too expensive for this to keep happening. I?mreading the other bad reviews and they are all spot on. Also, from what I witnessed, this seems to be a very hostile workenvironment for everyone who works there. Read more
