There was very little meat and lettuces, the worst sandwich I have gotten there!!!I don't know what happened to that place but... it totally went downhill, I called the manager she didn't seem to care ,I'll never go back ,if you want a good Sub go to GoodSense on a Greenway and the 303 they're excellent sandwiches good quality fresh and they slice the meat as ordered Jimmy John'son Bell and Litchfield????I used to like there Sub they totally went downhill!???? Pretty good. Same high prices as Subway, but much better quality. Less variety than Firehouse, no hot subs like Jersey Mike's.
My sandwich was good, except the bread was hard. I was told that is normal when they first open. If I'm expected to pay a... premium price for a sandwich I expect Jimmy John's to deliver a good sandwich. I won't hurry back. Read more
I've ordered from this place a lot, and 99% of the time everything is great, but my last order from 11/23 made me sick. Never in... my life have I had food poisoning, and I've eaten at some very sketchy restaurants, so it's disappointing to say that my firstexperience with it was from my favorite sandwich shop. Be prepped to being ripped off. Don?t order from Uber Eats. This place is a joke. Ordered food. Never arrived and was charged... and refuse to refund. Lawsuits should be placed against this place. Read more
Went in yesterday 2/24/22 ordered #9 and #11 Girl was very sweet . I sat and waited about 10 mins saw someone come in after me... take several sandwiches and leave. Apparently took my sandwiches with him when the next order that was ready was only a singlesandwich. The employees were so polite and I thought it was kind of funny. They apologized and remade my order. The sandwicheswere great. Just appreciated the nice group of young ladies working there. Place was also very clean. Read more
Ordered a #9. Took it back to the hotel to eat. Bread was hard as a brick! The meats and cheese we're one stack folded in a half... so when you bite into it everything on the sandwich slide out of the sandwich! Each and every bite all the ingredients of asandwich would slide out because the meat was not stacked separately like Jersey Mike's. Also asked for my sandwich to be cut inhalf. When I unwrapped it, found out that they could not even cut my sandwich in half. What has become of this world and theseyoung employees? Simple requests are too much for them to understand. Ended up rebuilding the sandwich myself. Not what I paidfor and certainly not the same Jimmy John's quality we were accustomed to. Read more
