Worst mcdonald's in the valley!!! Besides wickenburg!! I came in for my replacement meal that the manager told me to do because... I got parked for an iced coffee for 47 minutes. When it came back through I was told there wasn't a manager by the name that Iwas given after I sat and drive through for 26 minutes stuck! To get to the menu to order to be told that the manager I spokewith it's no such person and they aren't going to serve lunch until 11:00 today. No signage out know nothing. So unless you haveall day to sit at this particular McDonald's I would not suggest using it everyone is very slow the food is never fresh evenwhen you have to wait and the wait times are not anything new or because they're understaffed or because of covid. This hasalways been slow and inedible food. And trying to get the owner operator or the district manager to get back with you is nevergoing to happen either they just don't care! Read more
Aside from the ridiculous price increases across the board, customer service and the quality of their food is borderline trash.... Wait times are terrible, most other visits I passed off, but hardly anyone line, I get asked to pull forward while the friescook. When they get delivered, they are like warm at best. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. My girlfriend and I ordered our food through mobile orders. The restaurant was... INCREDIBLY busy. We checked in and after waiting 20 minutes hers was ready and picked up with no problems. Mine was somehow"lost" and the app already charged me. They said whoops and ordered it again at no charge. Instead of making my order right awaythey made me wait in line twice for the same order. We ended up leaving this McDonald's after 45 minutes. Never again Read more
Not the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had (that's the one who didn't put meat on a burger and then argued about it), but... close. Place is disgusting with spills on tables and trash left around. Bad smell inside. Ordered food, took 15 minutes to getit. Other people walked up and a kid stood at the counter on his phone with his headphones in and ignored them. Looked up, sawthem, turned around and told the other people working "I'm on break", and went back to his phone. Never acknowledged thecustomers. Food was cold, and they built our Big Macs wrong. I had to reassemble my burger myself. Corporate should probablystep in and close this place down, it's horrible. Read more
It took 21 minutes to get my hamburger. While waiting in the parking lot, I called and was told my order was coming right out. 6... minutes later, I had to call 3 times to try to get anyone to answer. When a guy finally came, and I explained my concern, hetold me to call. I guess he did not know how to relay the message. I told him I already called once, but it didn?t seem matter.Just Ridiculous especially considering that car after car after car kept coming through the drive-through while I was sittingthere waiting. Had me park for Fresh fries and this is what I got. Soggy, greasy fries and definitely didn't taste Fresh. Fish was thrown... together and the bread was hard???????? Read more
This place is awful. They have THE WORST McDonald's fries we have ever seen or had...completely stale and charred to a crisp. My... husband complained and the McLead tonight, Friday, July 16th was no help. He didn't offer to fix the issue in any way. What awaste of money! Will never go to this place again!! Read more
Worst McDonald?s experience ever. A) they tried to charge me for someone else order. Then wouldn?t give me the receipt for mine.... B) they parked me and I went to the spot she said. After 20 minutes, I go inside and ask about my food, dude said we sentsomeone w the meal but couldn?t find you? I was in the reserve spot the girl from the window told me to park?.. this isunacceptable and frankly wild that it?s so difficult to do the right thing. Read more
