For starters, it?s McDonald?s, so I try not to expect TOO much out of a fast food joint like them. Their breakfast here is... ALWAYS pipin? hot and fresh, same for their hash browns which are nice and crisp and light in color, which tells me they?re ontop of the fryer oil (many other locations the hash browns are dark in color and taste gross) so no complaints as to thebreakfast. However, their lunch & dinner here is the polar opposite. Horrible. A perfect example, we went today at 10:40, rightafter they stopped serving breakfast. You?d imagine this would be as hot & fresh as it?s gonna get, right? BIG NOPE. The frieswere room temp (no warmth to them at all) and some were soggy and some tougher. The meat was also room temp with no warmthwhatsoever. It wasn?t even warm enough to begin to melt the cheese, which was still firmer and cold. We?ve tried lunch anddinner here with the same results, but it?s pretty shocking when you show up right when they switch over to lunch and the foodis that poor, thus why I?m now leaving a review. Short staffed tonight, but the girl at window had cashier and server role was sweet and pleasant. I was served around 21:10... tonight. Food was hot and tasty not messy either. 1 cheeseburger happy meal, double qtr pounder meal, and 2 cheeseburger meal.Thank you for being good under pressure! Read more
The infamous milkshake machine is not working! McDonald's is one of the largest fast food joints in the world and yet cannot... figure out how to consistently offer a milkshake in their restaurant. They fold to a hand written sign over and over again. What an embarrassment to be the punchline of so many jokes and yet you do nothing to fix the issue. Read more
20 minutes from getting in line (3 cars back from ordering) to getting my order and leaving. By the time I left the line was... nearly out to bell road. Inexcusable. Either they don?t account for shrink or they are just poorly managed. With Wendy?s takingless than 3-5 minutes I?ll never come back here. Unless you like being late to work, go somewhere else. Update: 2 to 1 starFood was cold. Hash brown was fried in awful tasting grease. Coffee ordered half sweet was not edible due to extreme amount ofsyrup and milk/cream used. It's a busy McDonald's but the service was adequate. The food was fresh enough for fast food but when I went inside it felt... oddly gloomy inside and everything seemed wiped, but sticky. Odd location in my opinion, and too busy for a McDonald's. Waitingfor McDonalds makes me want to just go somewhere better. Read more

Why do fast food workers expect a good pay with benefits when they can't even put together number seven correctly? One of my... burgers had just bread and me and the other burgers had bread, ketchup, one pickle and some onions. Went that's a 11:00 a.m. hour no online order or anything I'm just drove right up it's like second in line they kept everyone... moving through real good food was on point enjoy the Coca-Cola as per usual. Friendly Service as usual Read more
