Whoever the people who worked at 1am on 08/29/2022? were awful. Waited in line so long for what? Orders were wrong and by the... time we got our food the fries were stale and cold, my bfs smoothie was hot and gross, and my nuggets were nasty. The only thingthat was good was my sprite but that?s because they gave it to us last!! No greeting, no apology, and super rude. They just kepton with their conversation while handing everything one by one. Never ever coming here again? this is my pregnancy craving andthis made it worse. Read more
I guess I just don't understand the point of going through the drive-through when you have to go inside to get the rest of your... order anyway. I can't stand this location. Every car gets parked and we have to wait in additional 15 minutes just to getsomething simple. It's not like I ordered 5 different meals it was literally a spicy chicken sandwich fry and a drink. Theyforgot the sauce so I had to go inside to get my sauce. I think it has poor management and McDonald has really drop the ball oncustomer service. Read more
It took a long time to get through the drive through. Confused cashier and somehow giggling girls running back and forth 3 times... to fill ice tea for me. My order was incorrect and my chicken sandwich was flat and a big mess. My fries where so salty Icouldn't eat them. I payed almost 10 dollars for the meal and it is so disappointing and taking McDonald's off my fast food listfor good!! Read more
Every time I dine in at this location I get the friendliest and helpful staff. They always greet my kiddos and myself with... smiles and are always going above to help with what we need. The kiddos love the play place, not much for tots but the climberslove it. Read more
Can someone explain to me how it takes 45 mins to get 7 cars thru the drive-thru at 10 pm on a Wednesday? Got through the drive thru fairly fast and easy. Cashier so friendly, smile. Had great glasses on. I was asked to park received... a ticket on my mirror. Greeted with a smile and we chuckled. Wait was not bad especially when getting hot, fresh food. Foodrunner was super friendly, energetic, smile on her face. Got home and nuggets were upsized.. total win of an experience. One of the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever had the ?pleasure? of eating at. Pictured below is the Smoky BLT QP and a Large? French... Fry. The Smoky BLT is just a Smoky LT QP. The bacon was forgotten. Additionally, the presentation of the burger isunacceptable. What happened to that Gold Quality Standard? Star the cheese? Dating not mating on the pickles? Moving on to thefries? To start, the picture doesn?t give any justice to the Well Doneness of these fries. Also, the amount served is correctfor a medium fry, not a large. And yes, I did still eat it. Begrudgingly.
