Terrible service, even late at night!! Order is often wrong and food is often cold and/or of poor quality!! Unfortunately, I... end up at McDonald?s frequently and it doesn?t matter if I go via the drive thru, order on the app for pick up or go inside,it?s all the same, very very poor service and poor quality food (even worse than you would expect from fast food)!!! Forexample, I used the app to put in a large order $85 and change - I was buying lunch for a landscaping crew we hired - I wasabout 20 minutes away and arrived right on time. There were no empty spots for pick up orders so I parked next to one andfigured I would catch the person as they walked out but, after waiting 10 minutes outside I decided to go inside and see whatwas happening and, it was pure chaos! Customers everywhere, all complaining about how long they have been waiting, some apporders waited 35 minutes, he showed me his ticket. The staff so so indifferent, just walking about as if they had not a care inthe world, very frustrating!!! My order took 23 minutes, in addition to the 20 minutes from the time I ordered it and, theorder was wrong-we got diet cokes where we ordered coke, a spicy chicken sandwich instead of regular chicken, we were short 2nuggets and, all of the fry boxes were less than half full (large). in addition, the food was largely cold. The service is VERY slow. Also I am so confused on why the prices went updue to covid, their food didn't get better.
I ordered a caramel iced coffee last night and, no joke, got a cup full of creamer. My boyfriend also mentioned the girl was... kind of rude and looked like she did NOT want to be there. Understandable but like? a cup of creamer?? Mmm. Read more
The staff was helpful and respectful. I dropped my drink and they gave me a new cup with no questions asked.
Quick and clean. They cook the French fries quickly. It?s your typical menu. The ice cream machine was not working when we went... so we were unable to get a cone or sundae. Read more
I love me some McDonald?s fries. Recently, instead of preparing dinner I thought it would be fun just to have burgers; and what... better place than my favorite fries place. Big mistake. The young lady that assisted me did an excellent job of up-selling me.However, she absolutely screwed up my order. I had gotten all the way home before I realized that this is all wrong and I hadnot been given all the food that I paid for. I went back to the store and to cover her self she had created a total new receiptto match the screw up. Luckily, the Manager saw thru her deceit. I mean why would she have two receipts for the same order andwhat I?m saying matches the receipt you are insisting that she not look at. This was her attempt correct the order. I went to go sit down and just before I sat down I saw this notice on this table and I had to laugh. Unfortunately this... restaurant is often dirty both behind the counter and out on the floor maybe they're understaffed I don't know. Read more
