Went today to the suprise Panera bread location. As soon as I walk in there is no customer service at all. After I ordered my... food I saw nothing but dirty tables as well as dirty dishes everywhere. Food all over the floor. Saw employee come out of therestroom did not see her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer and proceed to break bread and serve food to customers withoutgloves. When I finally received my food the Mac and cheese was very cold like it had been sitting there a long time. Thesandwich I ordered was very dry and stale and the bread was very hard to chew. I will never eat at this establishment again theonly good thing about this experience was the manager who gave us a Refund. Super disappointed, I used GrubHub to order a grilled cheese with tomato soup, soup is wonderful and flavorful but the grilled... cheese is literally warmed bread and cheese. Soggy, not grilled at all. I dunno who made it and thought ?yep that?s good? butnope it wasn?t. I?m at work cannot get it corrected but I definitely won?t order a grilled sandwich from here again. I ordered delivery, and it came fast. The food was warm, tasty, and well made. I love the flat bread pizza here. The caramel... iced lasted are very tasty! Nothing beats the pick 2 deal. I recvkmend going here especially for lunch. The stores atmosphere iscozy and inviting. Read more
Cant say enough good things about this place. Best Panera! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is always sparkling... clean. It's kept stocked and everything we have tried is delicious! Experience is always amazing. Wish I could give more than 5stars. Read more

I really enjoyed this place. As a missionary, I have a limited budget, and sometimes finding affordable food that doesn't make... you feel just sick is tough to do. I left this Panera full and feeling good. The food tasted good and was exactly what weordered. Not to mention it was very clean and the staff were super friendly. The team manager on shift, Madison, was probablythe equivalent of three employees with everything she was doing. They made sure the food was satisfactory and were quick toservice tables. Worst Mother?s Day ever. Margarita pizza missing basil and not even cut. French onion soup with no croutons or cheese, no forks... given, small portions for the price. Asian chicken salad with no chicken. Bad service who didn?t apologize and got mad when Inicely asked for them to fix it. They fixed it by tossing some basil on the cold uncut pizza, gave me a cup of chicken to put inthe salad, and a pinch of cheese in the soup and told me they were out of croutons.
