Poor at best they over promise and undeliver. Why promise in 20 minutes yet take 33 minutes 13 extra minutes is a lifetime when... your conveyer oven time is 7 minutes not 33 minutes. So looks like my order was forgotten or staff needs to be restrained onorder management. Pizza hut fails here. Read more

Ordered a large Super Supreme Pizza from the Bell Rd location in Surprise.. I live 16 miles from the location. When I arrived... home we noticed it was only a sausage an pepperoni pizza. So 17 bucks for something I didn?t order. Very disappointing. Checkyour pizza before you leave! Read more

The WORST customer service I?ve ever experienced. Especially after messing up my order and then telling me it?ll be another 2... hours to be fixed. The manager was rude and completely unprofessional. Horrible lukewarm Pizza that sat in a warmer way too long. Sat in the parking lot after ordering curbside pickup because those... super young kids don't know how to do their job or don't care. Even called from my car after waiting 10 minutes past the time. Iwaited another 10 minutes and finally went in and they pulled it out of the warmer and packaged it and gave it to me. That isnot curbside service! Where's pride in your job? These kids were not even busy and they weren't even making pizza when I steppedinside the store they were just standing around yet the young kid of a manager says to me I'm sorry we were busy. I'vecomplained more than once about the store and I keep trying to give it another chance but Pizza Hut you need to come down onthis store and either train them or get somebody in there that knows how to run a business. Not that I'm against young kidsbecause I'm sure there are some out there that would do an excellent job but it's not those that are in there right now! Read more
Web site showed out of everything. Went to location and was told web site is messed up. Upon ordering I was told they were out... of all breadsticks. Ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom and a medium pepperoni pizza wings and Cinnabon. I got home and thepizzas were missing the pepperoni. People were nice and apologized for being out of bread sticks. Read more
