My husband went into the star bucks store at 16925 W. Bell rd. In Surprise, Az...he was in there a very long time. He was very... irritated when he came out with my coffee, 1st he said there was only 1 person in the store besides him and 12 minutes after heordered he had to ask what's taking so long. They said oh sorry we're making it now , then they charged him $6.45 for a 16ozvanilla latte and another .75 cents for flavoring...this is highway robbery if you ask me and very poor service.
