There is one person that... works there that has always been rude and today she hands me this coffee cup with carmel all over the side of the cup and toldme "there's napkins over there to clean it up"!!! My husband went into the star bucks store at 16925 W. Bell rd. In Surprise, Az...he was in there a very long time. He was very... irritated when he came out with my coffee, 1st he said there was only 1 person in the store besides him and 12 minutes after heordered he had to ask what's taking so long. They said oh sorry we're making it now , then they charged him $6.45 for a 16ozvanilla latte and another .75 cents for flavoring...this is highway robbery if you ask me and very poor service.
