I?ll only ever go to Starbucks now if I?m desperate, and my typical coffee shops (Black Rock & Dutch Bros) are closed, or aren?t... available in the area I?m in. The Starbucks staff are like night and day at different locations. Personnel inside of Fry's at Cotton/ Bell are just not happy... to be there. No welcoming service, speaking in mono-tone and just plain face cashier. For work I had to stop at Safeway thissame morning. While there, I checked for the infamous glow in the dark cups. The staff is overwhelmingly polite, cheery andeagerly happy to help. It should go without saying, service expectations should mimic all Starbucks. Read more
I used to come to this store or the other one close by daily because it?s close by where I live. It has a very strange vibe to... it. Also, you really cannot sit outside because it?s next to a very loud car wash and when people vacuum dust blows. Theparking is horrible and it?s very difficult to get in and out. There are two new coffee places very close by now (DutchBrothers and Black Rock) just two exits south off of Waddell. Read more

Ordered 5 eggs whites with Siracha, a green tea & a matcha tea. These clowns gave me someone else's order completely. The bag... had 2 coffee and a black tea inside. Read more

The barista, Mikka at the Starbucks inside safeway is absolutely amazing! Every day i walk in to get a coffee i am always... greeted with a smile, bubbly personality and a "how are you?" Which goes a long way. She is the definition of excellent customerservice!!! Read more
Doesn't work with Starbucks bonus star app promotions, DOES take starbucks cards and you can double dip with earning Safeway... points on your purchase at checkout while earning stars on your card. Nicole was my barista and was very helpful and friendly. Read more
