even though i was assured everything was correct and in the bag before i left the store to take my food home, i did not receive... the mexican pizza and i only received hard tacos and not the hard taco supremes that i paid for. the dining area was dirty with4 homeless people sitting at a table. 2 of them were sleeping and 1 was at the counter causing a scene with the manager. when iinformed the order taker girl that we felt extremely uncomfortable of their presence, the employee said she would inform hermanager about our concern. she never did. we will never visit this location again. Ordered 4 chalupas and a thing of nacho fries. Everything came out cold like it was left overs. Fries were mushy and cold as... well. Went back in and asked for fresh fries and got the same cold mushy ones. If I?m paying over 30 dollars for 2 meals itbetter at least come out warm! Read more

Terrible establishment! Unfortunately, it?s the only fast food restaurant close and open late. The manager whoever he is, his... attitude is terrible! He gives cold food and gets an attitude when you ask for your food FRESH as if YOU aren?t the payingcustomer. The service is ALWAYS SLOW! Their temperaments are disgusting! 1/10 I will be calling corporate because they shouldknow how bad they are here and maybe give them some training especially the manager. Read more

I didn't experience an atmosphere because I went thru the Drive Thru. Food was hot and the person at the window was very nice. ... I could actually understand her. Most times anymore, and it doesn't have to be Taco Bell, when you drive up to the speaker toplace your order, some person comes on with some kind of rattle that you could never understand because it's MUMBLE TALK and youcan't make it out the rate of speed that they MUMBLE! They always mess up on every order. We actually called last week explaining everything they messed up on, so they offered to... give us the same amount of food for free if we come back within a week. Which we did. Yet again, they forgot our 12 packdelights, no red sauce on all the pintos and cheese, and forgot the sporks. How do they continually forget how to make theiritems?! This is not ok. We had ordered from this place maybe like 5 times always had something missing on the order but always let it... go because it was small things. We ordered food through Uber eats at 1 am yes it late but we where hungry. They closed at 2. So they had plenty of time. I know some restaurants like to start cleaning and getting everything ready to close early but Inever expected them to serve us this food. If this was the case I rather had them cancel my order and not get nothing. It'slike if you don't like your job or don't want to be there then don't work there. That was a choice you made to work in fastfood we are paying customers we work hard for our money too to buy what we want.. Read more

Ordered our food through the drive through and we were missing half of our order. Went to the door to ask for our missing food... and they told us we needed to wait in the drive thru to get the rest of our food. You?re getting paid $15+ per hour to getpeople food they order and you can?t even do that right! Then you have the audacity to tell me to wait in the drive thru to getfood that you missed in the first place! Get better employees! Read more

Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. Ordered 2 been burritos no onion no red sauce, got one burrito. Asked for a steak chalupa... no lettuce no tomato- got everything that I asked to be removed and nothing that I asked to stay on it. Asked for the new nachosteak fries with no tomato. As you can see there are tomato?s and zero nacho cheese. Called and let them know the issues got thetypical ?come back in and we can remake it for you.? Also, ?we are scrambling to close 4 hours earlier than normal? As anexcuse. Frustrating when you are on your way home from work, haven?t eaten and they screw it up. Read more
