Twice in a row an order showed up from Doordash with multiple seals on the bag, but none were sealed!? as indicated in the... drop-off photos. After speaking with them, the manager refuses to believe this is the case, so here are some photos. I've hadother issues with staff at this location being rude/careless and will not be returning. This Taco Bell really needs to get their stuff together. The employees are very slow, lazy and uncaring. They care more about... hanging out with each other than serving customers properly. I am a customer and Door Dasher and they fail on both ends. I don?tknow who runs this place but they have no idea how to run a business. The store is constantly out of all of their sodas and wehave to explain to our door dash customers that they can?t have the sodas they paid for. Unacceptable! If a store manager hasthe guts to sit down with me in person I would love to hear straight from your mouth why you are allowing this to happen. Horrible service on 9/17/22. Waited over 20 minutes for my food after using the app to place my order. Walked in right after... placing the order. Nobody was in the restaurant ordering or waiting for food. Was never greeted by the young man at theregister even though I was clearly waiting for food the entire time. After people who arrived after me were getting theirorders, I asked for the status of my order, he checked and told me that there were several orders in front of mine. When Iasked him why, he said, ?because you never told us you were here, so we didn?t start making it.? When I told him, I hadcommunicated through the app that I was there, he repeated what he said and made no further attempts to assist me. At thispoint, I had to leave to pick my kids up. I called the later and the manager, I believe Brittany, never asked for details onwho the cashier was, and the only assistance offered was a generic, I will speak with my staff, you need to use the app to get arefund, or I could return to a restaurant that is nowhere near where I live and they could make the order for me. Notacceptable from a manager. I get that stuff happens, but when it does and a person gets bad service, make it right or get adifferent job! Read more
Food was on point and correct. Portions of protein are amazing evenly spread. Staff were Friendly. Greeted with a smile.
My tacos were empty... bought a taco party pack for $18 and all my tacos were barley half full of ingredients... Refer to... pictures... I'm also tired of over paying and not getting food... Read more
Had to check out these new Loaded Taco Fries, to see what they were all about. Drive-Thru line was very long on a Saturday... night, but this team worked like a well-oiled machine. No complaints. Read more
Yes it's taco bell so you're going to get pretty much the same food at any taco bell but the employees here make the difference.... Whether it's the drive through or eat in, I've always had a good experience with their staff and trust me that makes all thedifference. The place is super clean too and yes that includes their bathrooms. Read more
