Yummy smoothies! The three girls working this morning 10/29 were all so sweet! I had the Red Sangria Smoothie and it was yummy... with the Edible Lime Straw! Also had the grilled cheese which was also good! It came with a side and I originally ordered thesweet potatoes but they were all out so I decided to get chips. Because I already payed and the sweet potatoes costed a bit morethan the chips would, the girl threw in a second bag of chips which was very nice! Very lovely customer service and greatsmoothies too! They have some good food and smoothies. They don?t consistently make them good, so I don?t go often. My daughter went for a job... interview and the supervisor was very rude and left a couple minutes into the interview and never came back. Read more

I have lived near this tropical cafe location for two years. This is the closest one to me so of course I keep going back and am... disappointed EVERY TIME. when I went yesterday it took them ten minutes to even greet me in the drive thru line (no one wasahead of behind) , then after taking my order, then didn?t even open a window or take my payment for 25 minutes. When you are told something is out but still charged for it. My husband tried telling the cashier and was ignored so he just... left. The most horrible experience I have ever received. The manager Shae is so disrespectful. I have been going to this smoothie... place for about a year with my children, we go after I take them to the dentist because they like a yummy treat. I was SUPERdisappointed with the service I received when my kids and I walked in and she was just flat out rude. Made my children cry. Way over priced. Thankful for the coupons? it?s the only way we can go. The smoothies are delicious but not at $8 a pop! The... sandwiches though also yummy , kinda small for price. Food and smoothies are good. Customer service was non-existent. My wife placed an online order at 9:34 am on 6/5. It was... delivered and dropped off at our door at 10:30 without anyone knocking. We were missing one smoothie. I called the store, wastold that it was sitting on the counter, and that I would have to come pick it up. When I arrived it was not my drink and I wastold they were out of Starfruit so the smoothie we ordered was never made. I ordered a different smoothie and waited over 15minutes for it, while two other customers came in after me and left with their orders and drive thru customers were served. Iasked how much longer my order would take and was told "We're really busy" by the person who seemed to be the manager. When Iexplained the totality of the circumstances to him he replied "I know" and walked away. A few minutes later he put a cup downon the counter, walked away, and said "There's your drink." Read more
