As far as fast food burger joints go, this is one of the better ones. They are definately understaffed and things can get very... slow when a lot of drive through orders cover in. But on the other hand during busy times you are assured of fresh and hot foodespecially the chicken sandwiches and fries. Which we regularly have and like at this location. Great experience last night Sep, 19 around 11:30ish Pm. I was helped by Emerpreet ?sorry if I misspelled it?. She was nice and... kind. I had explained to her to be cautious with my order because I don?t eat bacon. My last visit before this one, I had askedfor no bacon but they still added it on. It wasn?t the end of the world for me, I just tossed the Burger out. I didn?t expectmuch from this visit other than just no bacon. But Emerpreet went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile and gotthings figured out and I couldn?t be much happier. I didn?t let few bad experiences here and there ruin things up for me. This location is really bad for not giving you what you order, I order a small drink of OJ in the morning and they charge and... give a large. I order a burger without cheese as I?m lactose intolerant and they add cheese and charge me the extra. It?s been 4times they?ve pulled this and it looks like a pattern of trying to sneak up charge. I had to share my opinion because as a (classic canadian) I love poutine. Everytime I go to dairy queen its like they don't even... know what poutine is!!! Anyways I'm beyond satisfied with the A&W food + staff great quality, great service. Thank you so much Ihope some employees see this I want to say keep up the good work. :) Dec.21/21 Just an update the A&W on 152 and highway 10 isprobably still one of the best places I go for food, because the food is always good and the staff are amazing just tonight theweather is bad and it's raining I got extra napkins without asking, it's like the staff knew I needed something to wipe thewater off the cars window controls, I'm continually amazed by the staff at this location and how hard they work. Update:July.10.22 2:20am still my favorite place to get food, big thanks to A&W staff for keeping this place enjoyable I can alwayslook forwards to a nice warm meal from here and the poutine is still great, I love the 152 st and highway 10 location Read more
As we walked in we are greeted right away. The cashier was very pleasant and on top of her game. Customer service was... excellent. I order a teen burger with lettuce for the first time and it was delicious. Everyone should definitely try it out. The place was also very clean. If your drinking by the area stop by! I'm a vegetarian so I really like their beyond meat burger its delicious . I hope you give it a try too????
