She had long face which is very common in surrey, no hello ????, after place order she gave me only knife and was not clean than... I ask for wooden one angain she gave me only knife . I did ask can I get a fork plz .???????????? I have no idea why she is ther. She should go home or get more training. Read more
Went in for a quick bite as my son loves A&W Buddy burgers. I tried the beyond meat burger which was a disappointment frankly ,... but I won?t take away the points from the out let. Service was quick and burgers were nicely put together. This place was asurprise though, decently large with lots of space. Very clean and organized. Stopped in and ordered 2 sausage and egger combos. I asked for them to be triple toasted. They some how heard sausage and... chedder and didn't give a second hashbrown. I included what is pretty much raw english muffin pictures to show how bad thisorder was messed up. Person tried to verify my order by talking into the top of the glass of the drive through window where Icouldn't hear half of what they were saying. Hands down one of the better A&Ws which is saying a lot as the company, as a whole, seems to be targeting the higher-end fast... food spectrum (the prices are also up there). This location was clean, managed well, with timely service, although some of theemployees appeared to be new and only just getting used to the systems in place. They still managed to coordinate drive thru andwalkins somewhat gracefully. The food itself was commendable as the burger was nicely made, structured well, but definitelyoverloaded with lettuce which is a cheap and insolent approach to burgers given the price. The sides are definitely a negativeof A&Ws' as the fries get stale remarkably fast, have little crunch to them, and are not satisfying. For over three dollars fora small portion, it's yet another downside despite their better-than-average mains. I'll keep coming back to this locationduring promotions but won't frequent due to the quality of product until it's elevated across the board. Read more
I visited this A&W recently and had a great experience! Right off the bat, I was impressed with their large selection of menu... items. From classic burgers and fries to more creative options like the Beyond Meat Burger and Spiral Potato, there's somethingfor everyone. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and fast. I was particularly impressed with the root beerfloat, which was made with real ice cream and had a great flavor. The restaurant was well-maintained and had a nice atmosphere.I would definitely recommend A&W to anyone looking for a good meal. Read more
