Second time getting a soggy and mushy beyond meat patty in the sandwich. Called the store and talked to the supervisor for... afternoon shift on October 31st 2022. He kept going around the problem, did not offer anything to make things right which istheir standard policy i suppose. I personally think if my name was Dave or Jim instead of Jas, he would take me more seriously,no kidding.People working in the drive thru take no pride in customer service. Read more
Please fix your bathrooms. Went to use the men's bathroom and the urinal was plugged, filled with urine. Apparently it was... broken. Grime and dirt on the walls. Floors were un-swept. It requires a cleaning company to deep clean the bathrooms. Don't begoing back to this location. No sir. Read more
Food is good, drink was not. Ordered root beer and it was flat. I mean come on, that's your signature drink! Told the staff the... drink had no fizz and looks stale. They gave me another with some foam, still stale and not the taste you'd expect from a&w. Read more
This location tried to deliberately overcharge me by a few dollars after using two coupons that should have totalled $25.98... before taxes (1st coupon - $11.99, 2nd coupon - $13.99). After fumbling around with the till for about 2 mins, the total came to$30.83. I asked why it was so expensive and it should really only be $27.28 after GST. The manager took over and he even triedto say it was initially correct and it was $0.70 more because of the apple juice that I picked for the two kids combos. Evenwith the $0.70, it doesn?t really add up to such a large difference. I told the manager that I am in accounting and am familiarwith numbers. He too replies and tells me he is an accountant (lol). But after realizing it was such a bad mistake and there wasno way they could have been right, he added additional discounts to correct the whole thing. So much extra work just to get theprice that they had advertised. Most A&W locations are fine, but avoid this one if possible. Read more
This A&W has been here for years. Has a good community that goes to eat breakfast regularly. Orders are prepared quickly... sometimes you have to park for a few minutes but nothing unacceptable. Read more
I grew up eating at this A&W. Back when i was in elementary school and when it was 2 can dine for 4.99$. How things have... changed. But the food here js still great as always. Mozza burger and teen burger the top choices. Read more
The service was pretty fun at the drive through. I was ordering food for my family of 4, the bill was what I anticipated. The... fun part was was when I asked for extra deep fried pickles from ?the best burger ever? orders. The restaurant did it on theside? Awesome! I am an avid A&W loyalist. I was excited for our meal, regardless of the cost. Unfortunately, on our way home (5mins up the road) we started to enjoy the deep fried side pickles, and immediately realized the deep fryer oil was well overdue. They were soggy, dark and tasted weak. When we got home to enjoy ?the best burger ever??s, they were the best tastingburgers ever!!! But the fries and onions rings we ordered were clearly in the sales overdue oil. Soggy, dark and frankly, wedidn?t finish them. That was disappointing? Read more
Just double check the reciept and make sure your getting your coupon added. Especially through drive thru. A couple times... they've missed it and I ended up paying full price. Read more
