Very bad customer service from the store manager, Parveen. Ordered pancakes for my friend and asked for the containers for... take out order, this is what I get. And later she mentioned to my friend which went later to ask for the container, shementioned- ?does he not know English? ????????. Funny. How someone can eat pancakes in these small boxes. I am disappointed with the customer service at this location. I buy AnW burgers quite often and I have never encountered a... problem while asking for a cup of water until I went to this location today. I was told it costs 50 cents for a cup, so Ibrought my own reusable cup, and the lady still refused to give me water. She told me ?go to the washroom for water? and walkedaway while I was speaking. Worst experience ever. I went there today around 4 pm and the cashier literally shouted at me. The whole time they were... laughing and talking in Punjabi at the front. Please teach your employees some basic etiquettes. They should focus more on workrather than talking and laughing at the front. So unprofessional. I have had the worst customer service experience ever from this store. I visited store on July 08/2022 around noon and requested... to order fresh cooked beyond meat, Cashier punched order right and advised that they are not cooking anything fresh upon myrequest and told me if you want to order fresh go somewhere else. I don't understand how come they can hire this kind ofarrogant people especially at the cash. Her behavior made me feel like that I am there to get some free food. There was no nametag for her so that I couldn't mention her name here. Please please train your staff to behave gently to other human beings. Read more
Today I was there around 2:45p.m. I order beyond meat burger after taking 2 bites I realized there are no onions in my burger. I... went back quickly as I was sitting in the food court. The girl listened to me properly and then asked if she could see theburger then I showed her that there are no onions in burger. She told me to give burger back to her so she could add onions inthat. As a reminder I told her again that I already took 2 bites of burger but she said that's fine she can add onions to it nowif I give it back to her. I got really angry at that moment and then offered me onions on the side. But never said a 'SORRY' tome. Moreover, at first she gave me WRONG DRINK and when said that I ordered sprite she said no u didn't said that. Seriously (g.She really need to get trained more.
