Ordered through uber eats and it arrived after 2 hours. Overpriced food because food quality is not delicious and not fresh.... Customer service is the worst too. Did not even apologize for making us wait long. Packaging is not professional some food werejust placed in a plastic plate covered by another plastic plate and plastic cling wrap. Read more

Absolutely 0 star if I could. Just ordered some sashimi, yes only sashimi. Ordered from Uber eats, Tooks more than 3 hours to... get. My home is only 15 min drive from there. Food taste unfresh, if I didn't order from them today I'll never know there's sucha terrible restaurant in Surrey. Rediculous! Read more

The food was decent but omg the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered off Uber eats and it took just over 3 hours to... get here and I live about a 10min dive away. I called the restaurant after 2 hours and they didn’t pick up but then a ladycalled my and said my Uber driver will be there soon. However, she then proceeded to ask if I want wasabi, soy sauce, orutensils meaning they hadn’t even got my order started. The food does not warrant such wait times on a Monday night. I ordered2 and a half hours before closing and my food arrived 30 min after closing. Crazy but the delivery person from the restaurantwas sweet and followed instructions well. Read more

This food was absolutely horrible! Took over 2 hours to arrive, the tuna was spoiled, the avocado was brown slime, and the beef... teriyaki was like beef jerky with a spit of sweet soy sauce. NEVER ORDER THIS. I have had better day old gas station sushi. Read more

Food was terrible. Oh...so bad. I love Katsu so I was happy to find a local place that delivered it. The katsu that I received... was very thin pieces of pork (some parts didn't even contain any meat) with terrible breading that tasted very off. I onlymanaged to eat about two pieces and had to throw the rest away. I genuinely hope that the restaurant fixes these dire mistakesbecause I do love supporting local small businesses like this one, but the food must be of good quality. Read more

I had placed an order through Uber and it said it would be delivered by the restaurant within 60-90 minutes. When it was 20-30... minutes past the ETA I had reached out to the restaurant. The first person I talked to said they did not have a delivery personfor the night and the second person said maybe it was a far delivery (google maps said 15 minutes). The person on the phone theninstructed me to cancel my order via Uber eats which will not allow me to do so due to it still being “out for delivery”. Iwas not impressed by the lack of communication as well as the staff could have rejected the order or could have called me withinthat 60-90 minutes to let me know. Overall I have now wasted 3 hours waiting and dealing with this establishment. The staff wasnot even apologetic. It was a bad experience and I do not recommend anyone wasting their time and ordering from here. Read more
