Akasaka used to be one of my favourite sushi places before they moved. Unfortunately I found their quality heading downhill... after they moved to Fraser Highway. During my most recent visit, the sashimi they served was mushy and grainy in texture, andpartially frozen in the middle. Their other food is still slightly above average, but it now feels more like a cafeteria than asit-down restaurant. At their price point, there are just better options around. Read more

Welcome to Fleetwood, Akasaka! Today was their first day open, and the service was fast and courteous. The layout has changed... somewhat from the previous restaurant here, and the ambiance feels better than before. Their prices are good, and the food isdelicious. We came here without any booking on a busy rainy Saturday night but the courteous staff still attended to us and had us seated.... The location is unpretentious and not brightly lit, but don't be fooled because it serves fresh sushi and delicious Japanesedishes. Aaide from the regular table setting, if you fancy private booth, the resto also has them. The pricing is also veryreasonable. Read more
Helpful service and good quality food. We got there just after 3 so the lunch menu was over. Shared a sashimi Bento and a few... rolls and it was enough to satisfy 3 of us. Really like the tatami room option and the call button for our server. Willdefinitely return Read more
