We had a great experience here at Barcelos. The lady at the front seating guests was amazing. Galson treated us so well when we... came in, very friendly and personable. She was just a real joy to speak with and really set a great atmosphere for our nightout. Food was good and prices were reasonable. Would definitely come back again. Went to Cloverdale location. Ordered the food. We went there for dine in. Server asked us for here or to go. We basically went... there for dine in. We Said it?s for here. Went there at 9:15 she said oh we are closing at 10 do you still wants to dine in. Iasked her does it matter she didn?t say anything and started asking that what do you want to order. Basically she does not wantus to sit there because they were about to close in 45 minutes. She was hurrying up. Looking so overwhelmed. Did-not feelwelcoming. Consistently great food. I have eaten at Barcellos for many years, but this relatively new location in Cloverdale is my... favorite. I do takeout, and the food is always delicious and hot. They have no complaints adjusting your meal to accommodateallergies, which I have many. Never once have they made a mistake with my order and all the changes I require. The staff arefriendly (they are always smiling), polite and knowledgeable. They can answer any questions about their product, as it is madeon premises, from real ingredients. On the rare occasion they do not know something, they will find the answer. I think theprices are reasonable, I usually order the Supremo Family meal, and find it to be ample, high quality food, and cost effective.They throw in free plates and cutlery, just ask. I just finished eating the chicken I picked up 15 minutes before closing today. As always, amazing food and extra ordinary... customer service. My phone is my car's key and it died on me. Not only was I offered to take the food and pay tomorrow, but Iwas also given a charger to charge my phone a bit, so I could unlock the car and drive back home. A smaller Barcelo's location but very clean. Had dinner here by myself while waiting for the missus at a work event, and the... front staffer was super nice, friendly, and welcoming. The chicken was super juicy and so flavorful. If I'm in the area again,will definitely visit. Read more

Consistently getting the same outstanding customer service at the 3 locations I frequently pick up my tangy-lemon chicken from!... Staff are welcoming and friendly.
