Service and drink was really bad. I always order the same drink at every location. However, when I received my drink this time,... it tasted very off. When I kindly ask if she could remake it again, she was adamant that she made it correctly. When I inquiredagain, they claim that their machines were broken. If it was broken, why didn't they inform the customer in the first place.They didn't offer to make different drink or even provide refund. I had to trash the 7$ smoothie. Rude service. Read more
I feel like if your business is open, it makes sense to actually have a worker near the counter ready to take orders?.stood at... the counter for five minutes and there were no signs of life anywhere. Not even a bell to ring to call a worker to the front. Read more
I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on Skip The Dishes, and my order was rejected twice. So I ordered for a... THIRD time, and it just sat for 10 minutes waiting for confirmation from the restaurant. I called them and a very rude womananswered the phone. I asked her to check on my order and she didn't ask for my name or confirmation number she just said "Ok,let me look" and abruptly hung up the phone. Right after that my order was rejected AGAIN, for the third time. I tried to callagain and it went to voicemail where it said the inbox was full. I tried again, and someone picked up the phone and left it offthe hook and would not answer me. I finally got through after multiple attempts and someone different told me that Skip TheDishes was not working, and hadn't been working for the past 1.5 months. I asked why, and also why the first woman I spoke withdidn't tell me that, and they hung up the phone on me. I will be coming by to speak with the management, and will be reportingthis. Ordered a spinach is in it and it tasted only like acai juice. I went back to get it fixed and she said she can't wash apples... cause she's alone. So she will add more spinach. Her "added" spinach still wasn't the amount that other places put in. It gotbusy so I didn't bother asking for my money back. What a waste of money, they are both getting thrown out. ???? Read more
The place is excellent. At least the booster juice I got was good. I would recommend it.
On a Saturday afternoon, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to place my order. There was just 1 barista who was doing... physical and online orders. Hire more staff!!! Read more
