This restaurant is one of my favorites to go to. Why? Because the food is amazing, the staff are so friendly and kind they make... you smile laugh and feel like your apart of the family. I highly recommend checking out this Boston Pizza bring the family you,will love it as much as we do and if you are afraid of missing the game, don't worry they have awesome TVs, so you won't missthe game!!! Service was ok, The guy at the front desk didn’t seem as welcoming. They definitely need new plates as the ones we were given... had scratches all over and we had to return one because of a stain. The other locations are a lot better and they should keepthe same standards. Read more
After visiting White Rock pier we came to this BP close to 10:30 pm on a Monday night and the restaurant was 40% occupied. The... greeter and server was able to help us right away. Server was courteous and she took the order and brought the drinks rightaway. We ordered 2 large pizza's (vegetarian and mediterranean) along with fried chicken sticks which also came withinreasonable time and it was fresh and warm enough to eat right away. Restaurant was clean, good ambience and upbeat environmentwith light music. Restrooms were also clean and available to use. Read more
Not so bad food in a decent sports bar Extra sauces/dips are recommended
Asst General Mgr Neal & our lovely waitress Cierra made our experience awesome by simply changing the music to Classic Rock thus... changing the entire atmosphere of the restaurant! Our pizzas of course were delicious - we will be back! ?????????? Read more
I felt highly disrespected walking into this boston pizza. I have come into this establishment multiple times and have received... high quality service. Unfortunately, today's staff disrespected my friend and I by not only refusing to seat us at a table ofour choice and not contacting us when more tables were free. I had left my phone number with the hostess who lied to our facewhen we came back an hour later saying she called us. Luckily a server from another boston pizza served us and was veryrespectful and understanding of our situation. From this point on we were treated very well by this server. She took 25% off ofour bill which we refused to accept. We also left this server a very generous tip for her outstanding service. Next time I hopeI will be treated better. Read more
Well we had a FANTASTIC lunch at BP and would highly recommend this restaurant. Their diverse menu is off the charts. Really... tasty food, made with care and attention to detail. Prices are the normal range now a days, with so many factors influencingthings - but one thing I can tell you is that the quality of the food justifies the price point. The value of great tasting foodwith well thought out recipes is very much appreciated! Thank you BP for creating such deliciously wonderful food and providingthe best management and serving team anyone could ask for!! I’ve been here a couple times and have had the same waiter Ruzza (I apologize for the misspelling in advance). But he’s been... nothing but kind, attentive, and respectfully sociable.
