I?m not one to bother complaining about food orders but this one was atrocious. Avoid this restaurant for takeout... orders. Ordered a burger and received no fries and somehow they managed to burn the burger bun too, yikes. Also ordered a pastaand revived no garlic bread. The pasta tasted undercooked. So I ended up toasting my own bread to salvage the burger. Andcooking the pasta on my stove to make it edible. The Thai chicken bites were the only decent thing we received. I know BPisn?t exactly gourmet food but this was bad by even fast food standards. Checkout the ratings of the other BP?s nearby and thisone is the lowest for a reason. Read more
Just ate here, got seated quickly but took them an extra ordinary time to come to take our order. Once someone came, they where... disengaged and not even making eye contact while we were ordering. Took them 2 tries to write it down and they still messed up.We ended up getting double billed for an item and when we brought it I?ll it took them 15 minutes to deal with it. Every timethe waitress would walk by she would say something while not stopping to look at me. ?Looking for my manager? , ?my manager isdealing with it? etc, not looking at me or showing any customer service skills. They tried to give a voucher and ended up givingcash which was less than what we were charged. Definitely will not recommend, go to the one in Guildford instead where they knowwhat service is. Absolutely awful food and disappointing service. It took my sister an hour to put the order over the phone and was constantly... put on hold during it and transferred to three different people. The food was thrown together and looks like slop, never beenput off by Boston pizza?s food before until today. I found the manager today (Rossana ) very rude and obnoxious. It?sridiculous and laughable to be paying about a $100 dollars for food that?s inedible and for service so disrespectful. Called tocomplain to acting manager and was told that I?d get a call back , never got a call back . Called again and waited for themanager and was told that there?s nothing they?d be able to tonight and that the general manager will call tomorrow. This wasthe only meal that me and my family had all day, a few of them are diabetic and were unable to eat it. There no apology at allor anything . What an awful chain of boston pizza. Go to guildford or anywhere else to eat at. Service is slow and the food is... terrible. Ordered an hawaiian pizza, spinach dip, long island ice tea, some sparkling drink, calmari, french onionsoup. Hawaiian pizza was okay cant get actual good pizza in the canada compared to the states, boston pizza usually is an okaydecent place if you are really craving pizza. The spinach dip was awful it was soo creamy with the additions of random cheesed +no spinach in it and the pizza dough made into a handful of chips was pitiful not enough nor cooked long enoughto give it acrunch (its your pizza dough made into chips why are u skimping on dough its flour, yeast and water, with salt and sugar its socheap). Also guys you can calm down on outting parsley on everything it doesn't look good or add anything you are just throwingmoney away. The long island ice tea they said they where out and could make it with something else and it was awful. The sodagun is out of wack or something tasted so watered down. Same with the sparkling drink tasted like something was wrong with thegun/dispenser. The calamari was okay best thing I ordered but nothing special. French onion soup was pretty bad no actual depthof flavor and didnt properly prepare it. Probably doesn't have a functional kitchen who will come in and sweat down onions for6hours to make french onion soup correctly or for any means prep food or make anything correctly. Read more
Stopped by here on a Monday for a late work lunch! Happy I did. Beer on special for 5$. Our server was lovely! The beer was cold... and the food was great. We had a royal pizza, it was excellent. Lots of room to park. Surprisingly empty, Im unsure why. I willdefinetly be back. Well done Boston Pizza! Read more
Went for the Pasta Tuesday special. Service was good. The meals were ok, Boston pizza quality has gone downhill over the years.... The sauces taste good but the overall quality and doughiness of their pasta and stuffed pastas has changed. Not really satisfiedwith them anymore sadly. Pizzas are generally good, but I wouldnt take a chance anymore when theres so many good artesian pizzashops around. If they revamp their offers and introduce it right maybe I'd try them out again.
