Worst place to order food. I ordered 2 gluten free grilled sandwiches. One of them was given with grilled chicken patty with... gluten bun and second burger was fully gluten. I repeated my self many time we are celiac strictly gluten free bun with grilledchicken. My 8 year old eat the one with grilled gluten bun. He was sick for many many days. The staff don't care about theirservice. Even their manager have no answers. Worst food and service. Read more
Sadly disappointed with most of our evening . Ordered an appetizer to share, which was good, however got a few bites in and our... main course was delivered. Not even close to a 5 minute gap before our ribs showed up. Eating my main dish and what I thoughtwas BBQ sauce on the broccoli, found out it was horribly spoiled and rotten by sadly eating a few bites which was definitelyawful tasting. Took some time and the waitress came by after meal was done and I pointed the spoiled broccoli out to her to showthe chef and kitchen, which she did. We had one drink taken off the bill as a gesture of good will, but after the bad taste inmy mouth it may be some time before we return. Read more
This place needs management! Placed our order starting with appetizers. Calamari and a soup came with no spoon and the tea came... but servers didn’t bring a cup! I had to find out server and advise her that we needed a soup spoon and a cup for the tea, andshe replied oh ok. Good service means good tip! Sorry gave 10% and wanted to give only 5. Read more
The restaurant was clean, our server was friendly and effecient. The washroom was updated and had very private stalls with floor... to ceiling closures on the doors. I brought 2 kids and they loved the kids menus. Lots of choices. Would recommend thislocation. Read more
Fast and friendly staff. I never had to stop the waiter/waitress's when I was there. They always made sure me and my other... friend had everything we needed and if we were satisfied! Can't run any restaurants without good people who take pride in theirjob. Always starts with the management and how they treat their staff. If they are not happy they wont be happy and care to putthe extra mile in for the guests! Read more
My friend and I visited and I got a double order of wings and my friend got the steak with some sides. We ended the night with... dessert as well, cheesecake and the chocolate explosion. Dinner was alright, and almost good. I can't even really say *why* itwasn't. I, personally, think the price is rather steep for what you get. Read more
We ordered Jambalaya Spaghetti, Jambalaya Fettuccine and Smoky Mountain Spaghetti with Meatballs today. Took it home and the... spaghetti was mushy on both dish; way overcooked. I believe the spaghetti was not the same as some are very very thin. We endedup throwing the spaghetti away. Very expensive to pay just for 3 meatballs in one dish and some prawns and sausages on theother. The only one dish that is good was Jambalaya Fettuccine. Read more
The service was great, but the food took a while to come. Great for families with kids. We were sat near the bar area so was a... bit noisy but if you come for an early dinner it's not bad. Read more
