I was charged a kitchen service charge today. It was basically explained as , the kitchen gets less percentage of tips than the... front of house so we are charging the guest a tip. Why not even out the tip pool equally amongst all emoyees who work evenly ashard. Your business plan has failed and you have lost a customer. If I could give minus 10 stars I would. Had what started out as a concern turn into an argument with our waiter over a drink I... ordered - Social Soda. The menu said that it had 1 oz mandarin vodka, soda and belini slush. My concern was there was no way itwas any more than a vodka soda and it was missing the belini slush. There was no sweetness to the drink that a splash of belinislush would add. The waiter inferred that the drink would not be legal if they added too much alcohol in the drink. This was notthe point. I wasnt asking for more alcohol. This sounded like an inference that I only wanted to get inebriated with thebeverage - when I just really wanted to have a refreshing drink as advertised. We looked up a online image of the drink andshowed the waiter who also claimed to be part of the management staff. His response was that photos online don't alwaysrepresent the real thing and they have a disclaimer re their photos! That's funny if Brown's posts photos you would have anexpectation of it being somewhat accurate. Some of the images online were from customers on Pinterest, Facebook and alsoBrown's, which would indicate that the drink I received was not what other customers posted. The waiter/manager was moreinterested in being right than really listening. He said don't worry we won't charge you for the drink. Then offered to notcharge for my alternate choice of beverage when I returned the drink. The concern I raised over the ordered drink was never thatI was looking for a freebie - this is insulting. What started out to be a night out turned out to be extremely disappointing.Won't be back which is really too bad as we have been frequent customers.. Read more

Fast service, and really good food!

Food is decent, but not amazing. Tried to order take out by phone, but was unable to talk to anyone. Went in person and was... ignored for around 15min until someone asked if I wanted a table. When I said that I would like to order take out, they calledanother girl to take my order...another 10min waiting. I know they are busy, particularly around dinner time, but justacknowledging a person standing by the door would be very polite. The portions are smaller than a few months ago. Read more
