We go here often because we live close by. Today was the first time I didn't leave a tip. Our regular order is lacking the... quality and quantity as it was previous, cauliflower appetizer was not fully done,also smaller partition vs previously for14.5. (We are not in happy hr) Waited too long for service and just overall it went down in service and food.( my Hollywoodburger was barely ok) It may be because it's a franchise and it has new owners but I hope they improve fast..... Really amazing food and service! I loved the ahi tuna salad but they took it off the menu awhile back and I was super sad so... they changed a few things from another salad dish and came up with something similar that was just as amazing! Upon arriving at our selected pick up time, the hostess told us they didn't receive our order. After double checking, they... informed us that they simply missed our order that was placed a half hour ago and we'd have to wait longer for our food. Whilewe waited, we noted that the inside dining area and the delivery areas were both empty; they just failed to notice our order.After waiting an additional 10-15 minutes, we received our order and headed to school. Upon our arrival, we noticed that theutensils we order were not in our bag, causing us to eat salad with our bare hands. Furthermore, our bag also didn't havenapkins, so we had to use toilet paper to wipe our hands. Would not recommend this place, as a high school cafeteria is betterrun than this establishment. I go pretty regularly for work lunch on Fridays. Definitely good enough to keep going back. Service is the deciding factor as... they're always accommodating and on the ball. Food is good, had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich which is always good.Recommend subbing the regular fries for anything else as the regular fries are always under done and soggy, but the Yam friesare always good. Every time I visit the Browns with my husband, we have the best experience. The atmosphere is energetic, the food is delicious... and fresh with lots of variety. The hospitality is always top notch and our servers always find a way to exceed our expectationsand connect with us personally. Our server was charming and professional, and made sure we had a fun night. All the staff workedas a team to make sure our visit was perfect. It?s our favorite place to dine out. Pretty chill brunch was had. Food was pretty good and great service. They didnt quite have chicken waffles but were... accommodating and got us some chicken strips and waffles. Absolute favorite though was the fried cauliflower. Very lighttasting and makes for a nice starter. We also had the prosciutto eggs benny and corned beef hash. Overall pretty good. Read more
