30 minutes just to prepare this meal when I was the only customer in the store the food was cold ???? No flavor just overly... salty. The siu mai worst than frozen generic package at supermarket ???? it was like mush and curry fish balls as you see onphoto the forgot to put sauce (eventhough supposedly its to be cooked in curry), the slush was more like water down juice (luckydidn't ask for boba, I honestly think it might have been unsatisfying too with these standards), lamb meat very thin not evenmixed in just placed on top as per the picture ???? and finally the bubble waffle it was hard as a rock stale (I expected it tobe decent eventhough it was on discount price when added with combo) Only if they had ZERO stars it is what I would give. Thestaff was rude as man behind the counter gave the vibe he didn't care or wanted to be there but said "you can't read" "don't youknow what you want" I ordered to go, yes I did take my time ordering being indecisive and I told him forgot my glasses so itwas no easy to read the menu above. Never again will I order from here so unprofessional with no care, his unnecessary commentsof another customer who called in about a complaint. I do not think saying that customer is crazy and a using derogatory termswhile I was present is acceptable. Such poor quality food, he was rolling eyes when I asked for a stamp on my loyalty cardgiving off negative vibe. This review is for ONLY THIS location in Surrey other Bubble Waffle Cafe at Brentwood Crystal Mall orAberdeen etc... being much more busier they have better service and food is edible with flavor, even if just mediocre food courtquality. Naming the restaurant "Bubble Waffle" Cafe minimum trademark of the waffles needs to be somewhat delicious fresh andhave minimum standards. Foods solid. Prices decent and variety of food are not bad. We liked their duck menu, quite tasty and healthy. Also their... noodles was said to be good by company that I went with. Seatings aren't the most comfortable but does the job. The restaurantis functional but messy. Their washroom was however very clean. We will come here time to time. Read more
Unbelievably good. Seriously one of the most comfy places I've eaten at. I get food from here all the time, the staff is very... nice, and it's just one of the most relaxing times eating. Just sitting there with your bubble tea, bowl of noodles, and yourHong Kong style waffle. Seriously couldn't recommend it enough. Read more

I had the Chicken Nuggets Tempayiki, while my wife had theCumin Kurobuta Pork. While the menu said served with 'Fries', it came with a hashbrown patty instead which was fine. The cornwas a stirfry mixed with cabbage shreds too. Both tasted delicious and was filling. To drink I had Honey Green Milk Tea, whilethe wife had Honeydew slush. Both were good teas, nothing particularly different than other bubble teas to stand out but theywere good. Lastly, we had the Green Tea Bubble Waffle to go. Subtlely sweet and definitely has the lingering taste ofMatcha. We were served by very nice man who took our order by memory. He was very nice and accomodating. A lady who must havebeen in the kitchen then came out after we had a chance to have a few bites of our meal to check on us as well. Both of them hadgreat smiles on their faces when talking to us. We went to this location because we love other bubble cafes. However as soon as we entered, the vibe from the guy at the front... was very unwelcoming. Not a hello, not a single smile but he was making faces while taking our order. Then once we all hadordered, he looked at us so disgustingly when we were taking seats for dining. Terrible service. The lady who served us wasfriendly and welcoming. But I would never come back to this cafe for being so unwelcoming and making us feel souncomfortable. The owner tried to discredit some reviews saying that they reviewed the wrong store. The old guy taking theorder was so rude and rolling his eyes while taking our order. He didn’t even want to stand at the counter to take ourorders. And to owner- don’t try to say to me that I reviewed the wrong store cause I am reviewing the right store you need anew staff. Read more
The food taste good. Only the meat sauce on rice little bit salty but overall everything is good.
Ordered from Ubereats a couple days ago.. Food was mediocre, and the portions....? Fried Shrimps about as big as your pinky,... hard/crunchy instead of crispy, no flavor. As for the Fried Cream? Saggy fried coating and the "cream" was just watery milk. 3slices of bite sized Taiwanese sausages that is dry. The only acceptable thing I had was the takoyaki and bubble tea.. Iremember eating here a while ago and ordered fried tofus and some other stuffs. Same thing happened back then, small portions,overpriced and overall bad food. Worst part is the misleading photos they put up. (Included 2 for example) All I have to sayis, you're better off at O My Tea Cafe or bubbleworld for food. Some of the foods here might be ok but a lot of them I've hadwere just scams, scummy business practice. Read more
Ordered a custom soup at about 4 p.m and it was pretty bad.. pork is not marinated or seasoned, soup is unseasoned, I found 2... black hairs at the side of my soup as well.. meanwhile I have blonde hair. Bubble tea is always good here and takoyaki is alwaysgood but wow.. soup should not be sold here. Read more
