Placed takeaway, went home n found the pizza quality is poor and excess salted. Called them to report an issue, young south... asian female employee answered and started argument that it is not possible as she made pizza n she was so over confident thatshe cant make a mistake. It’s totally understand human error happens but atleast customer complaint should b taken seriouslywith empathy and respect. Went back to return pizza and reimburse funds but again that illiterate non ethical lady has noregrets on her poor service n keep on arguing n said u can leave as money cannot be refunded back. No manager/ owner presentedthere and she replied go ahead n do whatever u want. Wow what a reply. Returned back without reimbursement. Waving goodbye tothis place. Read more

This is one of the most criminally underrated restaurants ever. They serve everything from pizza to gourmet steaks, from... incredible chicken wings and fries to Greek delicacies. Hello..... today its august 14th . We took dinner and we opened around 9:30pm. We ordered karahi paneer and and she gave us... chilli paneer. Girl who is Indian and so rude. She was keep arguing with me. Later on other girl talked satisfied me as customerwhich i was supposed to be. But please guys donot order paneer dish as they make all together and make there identity withsauces which they put. They said in chilli paneer they put so many sauces and in karahi paneer they put butter sauce. Telling meto show on picture. I had guests from kelowna . Thay wanna have karahi panner and we thought to pick it up from them as i dontknow much about surrey. I could off go to other places like just now my friend suggested to get karahi paneer from gatewaypizza. So its about improper food but the girl who started shift 6 pm this day so rude. She hunged up my phone as well. Which isso disrespectful. She was like yelling on me . I never think about this kind of customer service in Canada. Honestly guys plzdonot order anything from here l. Now they told us to come next day but i m scared to go. Its not all About to get another foodplate of food but how you teach your staff with the customers. Read more
Love the pizza (one of the only places that is gluten-free and vegan) but the customer service over the phone isn't very good.... They sound like they are inconvenienced by calling, and the delivery takes ages. The last 4-5 times we've ordered delivery, ittook about 3 hours to get it. One of the times it took 8 hours to get it after they didn't put any toppings on it. Read more
Nowadays, when a pizza is the staple for every household. This place definitely stands out. I always get in an order via a quick... call and it's ready in quick few minutes. Didn't have to wait much to get it fresh as well. The pizzas have a fresh flavour toit and definitely better than the other franchised ones or most other local pizzerias.tge inky thing i don't like is the overalllook of the store which doesn't seem clean and the location which is quite far centrally. But definitely order regularly fromthe same place as it's still better than most. Read more
