They used to have a great layout of their burrito bowls and good portions. Lately, their portions have reduced and they just... dump everything on the bowl; rice will be on one side and beans on the other, etc. Its worse when you order pick up so if Ireally want to eat here I have to go in and order as I can request better service in person. Went there for the first time this past weekend (Guildford location). Super long line up, but it went pretty fast. The... ordering process is super aggressive, it felt like you didn't have enough time to even really think about what you want. Iended up ordering the chicken soft tacos...big mistake!! They were awful. The chicken was so dry and over cooked, and the waythe girl literally just threw the toppings onto the taco shell I knew something was going to go wrong, and it did. This was themessiest lunch I have ever tried to eat. One bite and everything fell right out of my taco into my lap! Not cool!! Also, theylist beer on their dine-in menu so I asked for 2 as I was with a guest. The girl says they don't sell beer and I said then whyis it on your menu? She didn't have any kind of intelligent reply other than to say they don't sell it there anymore. Well,then take it off your menu! Anyways, terrible experience, I won't be returning. I paid almost $50 for a burrito (my guestslunch) 3 tacos that all fell apart and 2 drinks. Total rip off. Read more
So food is good like any other Chipotle, but the seats and floors were super dirty! Maybe they were short staffed that day? We... ended up sitting in the food court beside it since all the tables had dirt or plates and stuff. Read more
Staple for well priced and convenient Mexican food. Service is fast and the portions are huge, especially when eating in. Lots... of different toppings, the sofritas are such a hit honestly! The rice was a little hard at the end of my bowl but all in alldefinitely worth the price if you need some quick food. Read more
Really good service and they are fast. The restaurant is usually clean and well staffed to handle the rush. Been here a few... times and it's always been a good experience. But their online menu is different then in person. That's a little annoying butother then that, this is a good place to grab a bite. Read more

The atmosphere is great and has a good vibe, the food can be spicy but it's what we except from a mexican restaurant, the food... could have been better, I ordered a boruto which is awesome but yea the chicken wasn't that great. People are great n friendly.Overall yes would come again ???? Read more
