Slow service but delicious large portioned food. Waited about 15-20 mins for the food as we can see there was only 1 cook and 1... server. But we were pleasantly satisfied when the food arrived. Big portioned, beautiful colors and plating, Lots of flavor!Overall it was quite pricy but this is not your typical Vietnamese pho restaurant. They put a slight twist to every item ontheir menu and it is quite a tasty experience. Would recommend ! curry pho - party in my mouth. Soup was very flavorful with agood kick in spice! Large portion of noodles>meat>veggies. I loved that. pork lover bowl with coconut rice - veggies were toosimple with lettuce and bean sprouts but the rice was very coconuty and the spring rolls very crispy and stuffed. Read more

Spacious, nice and clean place! We’ve got lychee drink, curry pho and a shared platter. Lychee drink was super good and very... refreshing! We have to order another drink to go as it was really good ???? their house signature curry pho would def a funexperience to try out, we went with shrimp option. Shared platter was really good and portion was huge. We had 3 people andcannot finish everything. Highly recommended! Read more

This was our first time here for lunch. The decor was very nice, with a cute small fountain by the entrance, and black and white... pictures of Vietnamese farmers and lots of plants. We ordered the pho and curry chicken. The price is the highest we have paidfor pho at any vietnamese restaurant. The pho is not really authentic and the curry broth was just okay, but the chicken breastwas thick and had no flavour. The most expensive pho in BC for its level. When we were there, although it was not busy at all, with only two other customers, we still had to wait more than 15 minutes for our food. I won't be back again. Read more

A lightly taste of curry with options of seafood, beef, chicken, vegan, etc..is so unique! Almost forgot to mention the gigantic salads rolls! Loved the peanut sauce that go with it…Amazing staff and ambiance! Agreat spot for meetings and gatherings! ?? Read more

such a lovely place! the atmosphere of the restaurant is so nice at really adds to the experience, and the layout means the... kitchen is semi visible and you can half see the food being freshly prepared which is very unique. the staff are all friendlyand seem to be invested in the wellbeing of chopsticks and its patrons, and, personally, have always been helpful and ready totalk. the food itself is incredible, and is normally served very promptly (and if the restaurant is busy and there is a longerwait the staff are always very transparent about it, although the wait is always worth it). the portion sizes are very large, and they have a wide range of vegetarian options that have their own section of the menu. pictured is the veggie tofu pho andhappy buddha bún, both of which are delicious and the pho itself is so flavourful. alongside these the salad rolls are apersonal favourite, and beyond food their vietnamese iced coffee is the perfect addition to any meal. would highly recommend toanyone in search of good vietnamese food or looking for a place to eat with good food, service and ambience Read more

Chopsticks On Pho is an amazing place! I visited it with my daughter last night and was immediately greeted by the friendly... staff. We didn’t have to wait long for a table even though the restaurant was quite busy at that time. I ordered Curry Pho formyself, Bún Bò Hu? for my daughter, and Stir Fried Noodles (Vietnamese Pad Thai) to share. I also got one Lychee Lime-fizz.The food came quickly and looked great which made me want to eat them all :). The pad Thai we had was super fresh and tasty. Ican still remember the mixed flavours of spicy, sour, salty, sweetie, peanut melting in my mouth ????. The curry pho was veryflavourful and spicy. It is the best that I’ve ever had. My daughter, who is a fan of bun bo hue, also said she loved the bunbo hue there. The lychee drink is quite special in that it has both the sourness of lime and the sweetness of milk. Therestaurant told me they made it with own recipe. During our meal, the owner came and nicely asked if we were okay with the food.I saw her walking around asking other people as well to make sure we all enjoyed our dinner. The place is clean and has plentyof space and lovely traditional Vietnamese decorations. All of them created a welcome, warm, friendly and relaxing atmospherewhich made my feel like I’m having dinner at home. One special thing I like about this restaurant is the open kitchen conceptthat I don’t see at other restaurants in Vancouver. The kitchen has a modern set up where you can see the staff cookinginside right from where you sit. Overall , the restaurant is perfect for group hangouts, parties or casual dates. It is by farthe best I have been to. I will definitely come back and would definitely recommend it!!! Read more
