I ordered food at this location many times always got good service except from one Asian lady. Today again I received rude... service (or shouldn?t call it as service). Her famous ? that?s all I can give to you? is well known by my friends. She gave methe same statement again when I just asked for 2 paper trays when I was ordering take-out. Of course I didn?t get the trays butonly 20+ pieces of chicken in paper bags. Other employees looked so afraid of providing me help; it seems this Asian lady issupervisor or manager. So sad ? Awesome food as per usual. I find the batter to be far more impressive than director competitors
I normally love the spicy chicken but theirs is only so so. The seating area is quite simple but does service its purpose
I would have given them a rating in negative, but there is not option. We were here around 3 in the afternoon and a lady took... our order. Definitely does not know how to talk to customers and take orders. Served us legit cold sandwiches with no bunstoasted! 2 other customers pointed out the same thing during our dine in time and she was literally arguing with them as well.It is a humble request to Church?s management to please start hiring people who have some etiquettes and knows to servecustomers, if you work in a customer service line. Was very expensive, the special was 4 drumsticks, 4 thighs, fries and gravy but I opted to spend a bit more on assorted pieces... of chicken and forgo the fries and gravy? Got home to find I was given 4 drumsticks 3 thighs and a bone riddled backportion. Tasted ok but if the drips of grease on my plate are brown I would hate to see the fryer?hopefully I don?t need toupdate this review in the next 12 hrs ???????? Read more
Nothing against the quality and taste of the food but the Filipina lady i think she might either be the supervisor or manager... has an attitude problem! She should not be working in customer service with that attitude and if she doesn?t have enoughpatience. I asked politely (even said please) for an extra ketchup and she responded ?thats all i can give you okay??. I ordered fries, I checked the box, but the amount was really little, it barely filled half the box.
Got 11-$1 wings ate 4 the rest went into the garbage. The wings were dry and tough as if they were cooked, stored and reheated.... The rest of the order was OK. Won't be ordering from there again Read more
