We ordered a cake for a birthday in advance, it wasn't even ready by the time we got there which was an hour after the time they... said it would be ready. So we had to wait for them to make it and we had asked for an icing jell drawing of pikachu the pokemonand they decided to put a edible picture on instead that looked like a piece of paper had been placed on it. The writing wasalso supposed to be in red but ended up in black, was never called to say there were going to be changes. Read more

Complete incompetence shown by all the staff. Took 30 minutes for 1 Combo. Staff were all hiding in back and couldn?t even say... what was taking so long. The worst Dairy Queen in the lower mainland. Read more

Went in to get a log ice cream log cake and of course they had none and only very expensive large cakes were available. They... never seem to have any, and I think they do that on purpose so you spend the extra money for a big cake! When I asked the workerif there were more and why there are never any log cakes she was rude and said oh they all went in the morning, all sold. WhichI do not believe, she seemed annoyed. They were not busy at all, one person in place and no one in drive thru. Found a niceselection of log cakes at the DQ on 120th street, delta and staff were very nice. What a different atmosphere. Do not go to thisDQ location at sullivan, rude staff and seem lazy! Read more

Wow, prices way up ordered a burger with no tomato and extra pickles, tried to charge me .49 for extra pickles. Was about to... spend almost $15 for a burger and small onion rings. No thanks. Lost me as a customer and seems might have lost many as notanother customer in store, still took about 3 minutes to offer me service... Read more

Would not recommend. I was the only car in the drive thru and I was left waiting there for such a long time that I had to honk... twice to get their attention. I understand that this is a difficult job and this might be an isolated incident so I didn?t wantto leave a bad review but I can see that others have had a similar experience after reading the reviews. The first worker at thedrive through was rude and handed me half of my order and slammed the window closed before I could tell her that she forgot myblizzard. I understand there is a wait sometime but it?s common practice to let the customer know and not just leave them theirwondering what?s going on. Finally a nice worker came over and apologized and made the rest of my missing order but I won?t everbe going back. Read more

I typically love my DQ but as my home location was under repair, I drove up to the one by 152/hwy 10. If I could rate 0 I would... have. First there was no one attending to cash. We were the only customers and waited till someone came out. The potato skinswere horrible, and I had to go grab a fork for my granddaughters poutine. Again no one was there, I waited then called hello. Noone came, waited again and called hello louder. Finally got help. Very disappointed with the service/food at this location.Spent 20 for my granddaughter to eat hers while mine was trashed. Won't return. Will drive to Langley next time Read more

Have been eating at Dairy Queen for a long time now and this visit will be our last. We arrived at Dairy Queen to pick up some... lunch using store credit which we were given for cancelling an order of a birthday cake. While at the speaker, we ordered a 4piece chicken strip basket, a double grill burger combo with a blizzard instead of a drink, and an artisan chicken sandwichcombo with a pepsi. I made sure to specify that the grill burger was to have only ketchup cheese and pickles to which theemployee responded "we don't put mustard on it" or words to that effect. When we arrived at the window we were asked to confirmsomething on our order, and I brought up the grill burger again just to confirm because of the response we had received aboutmustard. "Just to make sure, on it I only want ketchup cheese and pickle." and his response was "We do not put mustard on it" orwords to that effect. I asked "So no lettuce or tomato or-" I was cut off and he said "No." He asked for payment, we repliedthat we had store credit, and he went to verify it with the manager at the time. The manager arrived at the window and said thatour store credit could only be used on treats and not food, my wife interjected and it was allowed to be applied to ourorder. Even though the employee confirmed our order, we received two drinks. My wife kept one and we returned the other andinstructed the employee that we had not ordered two drinks and that we had ordered a pepsi and a blizzard. After the employeeleft, my wife tasted her pop, and it was iced tea. The employee then returned about five minutes later with our food and wepresented him with the iced tea and instructed him that we had ordered a pepsi, returning the drink. After the employee left, wedecided to check the burger and found it to have mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, cheese, onions, tomato, and lettuce. When theemployee returned with our blizzard and pop, we presented him with the burger and informed him that we had asked Read more
