I see that you have a ton of poor reviews so why don't you do something about the problems??? I ordered just ONE Dilly bar. ... That's it. Waited in the drive thru for it and finally had to drive off as the service was insanely slow. I went in on anotherday and the service was super slow then as well. If you are understaffed then hire more! Don't be so cheap. If your staffneed better training then train them! Waiting more than 10 minutes for a premade icecream bar from the freezer is ridiculous! These experiences make you lose customers. Try and serve your customers better and take more pride in your business! Servicehas been slow every single time I have been here. I ordered a crispy chicken burger. Burger over cooked and dry But worse than that the bun was was extremely dry and over done... possibly stale and the tomatoe couldn?t have been sliced any thinner than it was. In fact not sure how they could have slicedit as thin as it was. I will not return and I do not recommend this location. It?s very dirty windows extremely in need ofcleaning and garbage was every where all over the lot. Abysmal service. Customers are completely ignored at the front counter. Waited 20 minutes for my order which they got wrong and... waited another 10 for the right one. Was not compensated in any way. Also very overpriced for fast food. Read more

I've been here twice. The first time three people were in line and they didn't take one of their coupons, the other they took... the coupon but charged extra to upsize even though the coupon was for a medium, and they stuck their finger in the third guysice cream. Not good. Read more

Dairy Queen ???? is one of the best options for fast food if you want to bring your kids specially during summer time. Had the worst visit today. The lady working at the drive-through window (June 27 at 4:20 ) should definitely not be working... there. My food items container was wet from the top, she only apologized and did not even offered to make it again. She had asarcastic face when I said I need the receipt to give you guys a Google review.
