Disappointing. They've always had good pizza at reasonable prices, but now I notice, their prices are raised AND the... toppings/size/thickness of their pizza is diminished. I could understand the need to do one or the other given the economicsituation, but doing both is too much. Consumers can't afford to pay more for less. Read more
Tried to go for lunch for ages, NOT OPEN until 4:30 PM! Finally, we went for supper one Sunday. They did not bother to make... new Sangria - OUT - it is still August. Food was pretty sub-standard compared to always getting a good meal. My friend had aburger with the coleslaw in the bun??? My green bean were so reheated and looked and tasted DEAD:DONE! We each spent $30+ withthe tip. GOOD SERVICE!!! We heard our waitress explain to the folks behind us - no hamburgers, out of beef??? Why wouldanyone be out of Sangria at opening time Sunday and beef??? If you ran out the night before, wouldn't someone restock by Sundayopening. The old part really is in need of renos as well. Very disappointing is my overall verdic on my most recent Delrios experience. Firstly you can't get through on the phone, so I... attended in person to make my pick up order. I queried thd phone issue and got told they had taken it off the hook! I placed myorder of the calamari dinner, lasagne and halibut and chips. 20 minutes was the estimated wait. I returned at the alloted timeUK be told it would be another 15. So the food, fish and chips great, no complaints. The substituted Caesar salad with thecalamari dinner had some weird gelatinous substance masquerading as a Caesar dressing. The lasagne was average at best with avery watery tomato sauce. I've ordered from and dined at Delrios on multiple occasions over the years, but if this was my firstexperience, I would not be returning. Maybe they were having an off night? The staff were polite at the restaurant andapologized when I phoned to report the "Caesar dressing ". Great pizza, but don't bother with eating in. Get it delivered. Don't often leave reviews but my family had a very unsettling... experience here and I felt the need to share it. We showed up at 7:10 pm, the hours on the sign said open until 8:30 most nightsincluding that night. Upon arriving, the server told us they were closing at 8, would that be ok? We didn't really question it,and the service was average, but as we were leaving, an elderly couple showed up (at 8:00 on the dot) and the server said, oh,we're just closed. They said, you should change your sign, it says 8:30 and she said, yeah, it's up to management unfortunately.After they left, she said to us, I feel so bad, they keep coming in when we've just closed and they have dementia so they keepforgetting. My dad ran in to go to the bathroom and overheard the owner talking to the server about turning those people awaywhen the restaurant was still open!! She said something like 'you're not paying me to do nothing'.Just awful. Won't dine inagain. Read more
Pizza is the best at Delrios. I tried their chicken souvlaki, very tender meat. Nice ambience restaurant.
The food is amazing however the customer service not so much. My office and I order from here for all our special occasions. I... understand sometimes things get missed however I was very unhappy with how this was dealt with. We ordered 6 meals and in theend they had forgotten one part of one meal and a whole meal. They have told us they do not deliver during the lunch hour, Idrove to pick it up, then when I got back to my office we realized we were missing a meal. They said they would get it preparedfor us but would not deliver, so I had to drive all the way back. I believe the meal they missed should of been credited, butall they did was apologize. I know everyone makes mistakes but it wasn't busy in the restaurant and this mistake should not ofhappened. Read more
Delicious food. Went for my aunts birthday dinner. The Italian flatbread is a must try if you love pesto. It was rib special... night, they were pretty good. Got the mud pie for dessert, sinfully delicious. Only reasons I'm not giving a five is becausethey were out of quite a few things we asked for, they dont carry straws. Yes I understand places are doing away with plasticstuff but id prefer to not put my lips on the same glass hundreds of other people have used. Also our waitress seemed less thanpleased to deal with our table. Id return again, just hope for a better waitress. Read more
Very bad feeling, manager told me need wait 45min, but when I say ok, just let my father sit cause his leg hurt, she say no and... we need wait 2hours now. I want give 0 for this manager. More than half unoccupied seats like busy, and impolite manager likeleisure. Read more
