Order said it was ready, got there 5 mins after it said ready, had to wait extra 15 mins, unprofessional staff screwing around,... charged for dips, didn?t get them, order incomplete, regional manager, and franchisee need to be brought in, and both lose theirpostions. They're usually pretty quick for pickup or delivery, and relatively consistent. They've got a lot of decent coupons which make... it cheaper than most other pizza places. Their rewards system is also nice as you get a free medium pizza after (I think) 6orders of $10 or more - it's free, so worth signing up for. Read more
1) order wasn't ready when it said it was, not even close 2) when order was ready, staff stood around chatting rather than... giving us our order making us wait even longer 3) when we got home, one of the pizzas was incorrect 4) staff didn't wear masks,or gloves while preparing food - wiping their noses on (albeit top of) their hands 4) pizzas gave us *both* BAD FOOD POISONINGfor over 24 hours. Dominos is a typical franchise that has good product, but is poorly run by staff who don't care or are tooincompetent. We started using this location because the other location (Highway 10 and 152) near our home on two separateoccasions served thick black hair in our pizzas. Not to mention, had rodent exterminators setting traps inside when we went topickup our order (rat droppings for toppings anyone?). Surrey health inspectors need to rain down on these places as I don'tthink proper protocols are followed. I'm done with Dominos. Read more
This is the 2nd time I've had a poor experience at this location. Ordered a large extravaganza it's supposed to have extra... cheese but came with a mediocre amount. Also the crust is very wide around the edge leaving not many toppings. I've beenordering from here for years and the quality and quantity is getting worse. Read more
Ordered pizza and wings through the app. My husband & I picked it up when it said complete... I'm soo disappointed with how the... staff wrapped the wings with tinfoil. I had to change my clothes as soon as I got home becuz the wings weren't properly packedright. Can't you upgrade in better boxes or something plz... Wouldn't want this to happen to anyone elses car seat. Read more

rude staff??????? my order said delivered but it wasn?t. i waited around 30 mins of it saying it has been delivered to call.... when i did the lady was rude and did not care. asked me what i wanted in a rude tone. took around an hour to arrive. not madabout the time, i?m upset with the attitude?
